I'm not an admin. but I'll answer this for ya. No, we can't. I think it takes up to much bandwith or something like that. lol I'm not really sure of the reasons, I just know we can't. Sorry. HTH!

Sorry. Due to the size of the board, custom av's aren't possible at this time. We have asked Alex many times and have always been told it would stress the servers too much. So, that is what we tell everyone. Maybe we will get them someday.

I've about decided that I like it better without them. I just have my settings set to not show anyones. That way I don't get bored with seeing the same ones over and over.

I also like the streamline effect of this board. Not so many bells & whistles, means less clutter to have to weed through when I visit here.

And since my blocker takes care of any pop ups, and it also hides all the banners from me. It makes this site all the more easy to navigate. (pages load easier to without all the extra added junk like custom graphics and such.)

Could you just imagine how hard this site would be to load if all the thousands of members here had their own custom graphics loading.
