Complaint with Easy Spirit Woman's Tennis shoe
I paid $63.13 for a pair of easy spirit womens tennis shoes brand SEWANETTA. Wore the shoes twice and the eyelet that holds the shoe string broke and riped out of the shoe. Now I have to buy a new pair and cannot wear the ones I bought. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? I can't afford to pay that kind of money for shoes and then not be able to wear them.

Re: Complaint with Easy Spirit Woman's Tennis shoe
I say E-mail the company or find a phone number for them. Chances are there was a problem with that pair of shoe's or something like that and they'll either fix them or refund your money or send you a new pair of shoes.

They sohuld take care of it for you. I know Nike will replace their shoes if you have a problem with them. They send you a postage paid label, you send the shoes back and they send you a new pair. I can't see why another company would not do the same.

Take them back to the store where you bought them. They can return them to Easy Spirit. And you can get a new pair of shoes at the same time.

Re: Complaint with Easy Spirit Woman's Tennis shoe
I had this problem with a pair of brand new Sketchers and I emailed them, (the store wouldn't take them back because I had worn them) but Sketechers gave me an address to mail them to and within about 2 weeks sent me a brand new pair ~ Note ~ I was ticked, so I took the new shoes they sent me, back to the store returned them and got a pair of reeboks.
But if you send them the shoes you will get a new pair but you'll be without shoes for a bit, luckily I kept the shoes I replaced them with so I had something to wear while I waited!
I usually keep one pair of nice tennis shoes and one pair (old) to cut the grass in~~
:-) Good Luck!

I work in a shoe dept for a major dept. store.. Did you buy these online or in a store.. I would take them back to the store if it wasnt online- Most places are great about giving a replacement pair.. If not - Im sure the company will respond through email.
