can i have my nervous breakdown now? please?
today. well , lets see some of you know the hell i went through with the school district we live in regarding my son and his treatment thereby.
1. went to get my record cleared and find out gee, over $300 and my record can be cleared. um..we live on under $200 a month, rent , net and phone, and gas are what i scrape by paying.
yep watch me as i pull $300+ outa my ass!! **~~POUF~~** "thank you thank you, i'll be here all week , try the veal!"
2. jury duty monday., can't afford daycare..SO WHAT! if i dont do it? i get the joy of being in contempt!! yeehaa! MORE COURT COSTS!! ican't afford to pay!! WHOO HOO!! YEAH!! 
3. just got notice today that my daughters father is officialy cetifiable, and hence on SSI meaning.."gee sorry bout your luck you'll not be getting
ANY child support for her UNLESS you let eh friggin Stalker Lonatic, know where you and kids are living ..what fun especialy since he's alrewady threatened to kidnap her!! Fark it, we don't need his stinking $!!
4. car insurance of $180+ due end of this month. do i have it? umm,nope. oh, and my daughter is open enrolled at the local city school system, so i get to take her and pick her up daily. ie need the car, and insurance. *please see previosu copmments regarding local school system and their incompetence as regards my son ..etc. hence daughter NOT being in the home schoool system.
5. 2 realives in the hospital both heart patients. need i go further?
6. daughter wants to join the girlscouts., $10 friggin bucksa for a year. do i have it ? nope.
daughters school is having a yearbook, once again $10, do i ahve it? no *please picture emotiocn crying profusely*
7. ended up running all over town to find the place i needed to find out that to get my record cleared ? please see #1.
i am feeling like a waste of oxygen .
i am going to go eat something as i'vbe not eaten yet, and go sleep for a coupkle hours then run to the court to file an affidavit so i can maybe get out of jury duty due to my son, special needs child . and no daycare available.
i need a break .

Sounds like you need a calgon day. You should be able to get support without dealing with ex since he is on ssi. I have a friend that moved to Tennessee and she gets around 400 a month for her two sons and she doesn't have to deal with her ex. The ssi office is the ones that helped her get the money and she receives it on the 1st of every month. Ex doesn't need to know your whereabouts for this. It has nothing to do with him except that the govt acknowledges that he can't pay child support since he is disabled and so they consider the kids dependents on a non dependable parent. Well that is the way she explained to me?!? Anyway, I sure hope your day gets better. Will say a prayer for you

Im almost positive that you'll be able to get out of jury duty due to your children. Im so sorry that this is all happening. We'll be sending good vibes your way and keep us up on everything.

yeah.. seems there are 2 kinds of SS, 1 you can get support from, the other? SOL. well..least i'm not crying just yet. actualy rather amused at the irony that is my life.

i wish we could get even a lil something to help. he "wants to send me some &" or so he claims. he went so far as to call my case worker in my town , from the godforasaken wildernes he lives , to try to get her to get em to let him know where i live? hum...not gonna happen.

Did you check with a local ssi office or the national line? 1-800-772-1213? That isn't with any local office you can talk to them tell them your circumstances and that he is on ssi and see if they can help, tell them that local offices are not helping you. If you already have then sorry, wish I could help.

Hwy hon, do you know that the girl scouts has a grant type thing for the girls if they want to join and are low income?? They pay for your child to be a member. Call your local troop leader and I am sure she will have more information for you!!

I'm sorry you are having such a ruff time-I hope things get better soon.
I had a friend that had a baby with her boyfriend(they broke up)well anyways-she draws a SSI check on her daughter(this was done by the SS office-not him)-She also got the back time SSI from the day he first applied.
Its worth checking into!

It is true that girls that can not afford it can get grants. My dd was on one. BUT....do not call a leader about it. Some do not like to deal with this because the troop will only get a certain amount and it is usu under what they are charging the girls for dues. Call the local council headquarters. It should be listed in the phone book. They can get you all the info you need.
