It is all my fault.....
Everything is always my fault, doesnt matter what it is. Dosent matter who it is, it will always be my fault. It is my fault the house is a mess, it is my fault if the kids act up, it is my fault we dont have any money, it is my fault if it snows, it is my fault if the car doesnt run right. You name it it is my fault.
who says so? Dh, IL's, my mother, dh's boss, just about everyone.
So I guess it must be true, it is all my fault.
Boy this really helps with the depressed feelings

You must be around a lot of blamers. Blamers always say it's somebody else's fault. If somebody told me it's my fault that it snows, or one time I had 16 items in a 15-item line and was told that people like me are what's wrong with this country 
I just think gee, I didn't know I had that much power.

I know it's hard, but try not to let them get you down. Weak ppl always need someone to blame their own shortcomings on... and it's usually the person who doesn't fight back... so start fighting back, stand up for yourself... if you have to scream it in their faces, don't back down... none of these ppl are worth being depressed over and they need to know that!

well do what i do, the next time something goes wrong immediately YELL
"OH THAT'S MY FAULT" and add "AND I MENT FOR IT TO HAPPEN THAT WAY AND THERES NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO CHANGE IT"
then i some times add in a zinger like "NOW WHY DON'T GO BANG YOUR FACE INTO SOME DOUGH AND MAKE GORILLA COOKIES" or something equally sharp to back them up off you.
this dosent help anything and probably will get you into more trouble but atleast you can go on with arguement knowing atleast you got the first shot in. LOL please dont take advice from me LOL
