If you can blame someone else you don't have to take responsibiilty for anything. You are not responsible. Crap happens and that's just the way it is.

Get yourself into a good support group. You are not responsible for what happens around you. You only have so much control and the rest is in the hands of a higher power than you.

Tell them to get over it.
I'd rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints.

    Hang in there!
I know exactly how you feel-my hubby is the same way-he blames me for EVERYTHING-like he never does nothing wrong(PLEASE)-He does not want to face up to what he does or doesn't do-Actually sometimes I think he really believes everything is my fault(he goes and hangs out w/friends all day or drinks or whatever and you guessed it-it is MY fault.

I didn't know we were related! LOL! Ya know it used to be that way with me, Mom blamed me for everything, Dad "playfully" insulted me, my supposed Best Friend insulted me, and then there's my In-Laws. I finally got even... with Mom, I just lost it once and hung up on her. You have to understand that IRL I'm very laid back, it's only on here that I'm uh.... high strung. It really shocked her that I told her off and then refused to talk to her for a week. With Dad, that was simple, I just stopped talking to him for a long time. It was only when me and Tim got married that I think he realized this wasn't a joke, that I really wasn't putting up with BS. With my Best Friend, I just basically told her, fine, do it your way. It's just now that she's come back around and realized that yeah maybe drugs and boozing your life a way is a bad thing. MIL has laid back a lot since I let her know through Tim that I am not a doormat.
