HELP!!!!! I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DOWNLOAD PROGRAMS. I HAVE MICROSOFT UPDATE. I WENT THERE TO SEE IF THERE WAS A PROGRAM I NEED FOR MY COMPUTER AND I SAW A LOT OF STUFF I NEED, FOR MY VERSION OF WINDOWS. IN MY TOURTORIAL IS SAYS TO CHECK THE BOX AND DOWNLOAD THE PROGRAMS, BUT WHEN I GO THERE TO DOWNLOAD A PROGRAM, THRER IS NO BOX TO CHECK, NEXT TO THE PROGRAM I WANT TO DOWNLOAD. AND THE PROGRAM I NEED TO DOWNLOAD, SAY TO DOWNLOAD IT SEPERATELY. I DON'T HOW TO DO THIS. I HAVE DOWNLOADED OTHER THINGS FROM OTHER WEBSITES, BUT IT WAS JUST THE ONE DOWNLOAD, NOT A LOT OF THEM ALL AT ONCE. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. THANK YOU. I HAVE HAD THIS COMPUTER FOR ALMOST THREE YEARS, AND THERE IS STILL A LOT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO ON IT. AT TIMES I FEEL LIKE I AM A DUMMY.

After the update page downloads there should be a remove button at the bottom of each update. Keep removing the updates you don't need. Then there should be a link that says review and download. It will be above the updates at the top of the page.
