If they are pretending to be McDonald's employees this week, what's to stop them from being the UPS guy next week and instead of peeking in your car windows they are peeking into the windows of your home.
whooyah I couldn't agree more. I'll do ya another example. The UPS guy is a cop and he walks up to your house and catches you spanking your kid or hollering at them. Wham! Bam! Thank You Mam! The state has your kid.
There are reasons why a cop can't hide behind the bushes, it is to protect Your right to privacy.

But privacy in your own home isn't the same as the drive through window at McDonalds. You aren't supposed to be doing "private" things in public. I don't think "right to privacy" exactly applies here.
