    Survivor 24..(spoiler)

Huge Spoiler: "Survivor 24: One World" will be Men Vs. Women all living on the same beach
The upcoming winter season of "Survivor" will have some major twists to the game. It has been revealed by a reliable spoiler that "Survivor 24: One World" will feature tribes of men vs. women who are separate but live on the same beach. It's also been confirmed that there will be no returning cast members and no Redemption Island. The upcoming season has already finished filming in Samoa, which is the same place the current season was shot in. This will be the first time in "Survivor" history that two tribes will live together on the same beach from day one. The decision to make the tribes split by gender was probably to make it easy for the viewers to know who was on which tribe. The new season premieres in February.

Won't be the first time for men V women though. They did that on Vanatu in 2004. SO happy no returning players! Enough already! I didn't mind Redemption Island though.

Glad they ditched Redemption Island. They need to go back to the old format of 2 challenges (reward/immunity) in every episode.

Hidden Immunity Idols: - New Twist
    (Per EW.com article)
The way hidden immunity idols are played will also be different in season 24. This time, there will be two idols hidden at the camp — one for each tribe — but finding your tribe’s idol does not guarantee your safety. Instead, as Probst explains, “When you find the idol, you can’t use it for yourself. You have to give it to someone from the other tribe.” The trick will be picking the right person to give it to, and perhaps getting concessions in return — not to mention lobbying for the other team’s idol once someone finds it.

"Do It Yourself Challenges" - New Challenge Twist
Per Jeff Probst (EW.com article) "Do It Yourself Challenges," a few of which will be sprinkled throughout the season. (A similar experiment took place on Survivor: Samoa when confused contestants arrived at a challenge only to find some crates and no Probst.) This time, these Probst-less competitions will take place back at camp. Tribes will receive materials and instructions informing them of the rules so that they can then conduct their own challenge. “So they figure out how they’re going to run it, who’s going to participate, and then they run it," Probst explains. "There's no judge there. There's no person to moderate it. You guys figure it out. We were hoping somebody might step up and decide to become the annoying host and say things like, 'Pick up the pace! You dropped a coconut!' And sure enough, that's what happens." But the impact felt from these Do It Yourself Challenges will not stop there. "You have the question of, what do you do with all the materials from the challenge?" says Probst. "In one case, we do a challenge with a gigantic rope and when you're done, you have this massive rope and now you can utilize it in your camp somehow."

As "Survivor" embarks on its 24th season this Wednesday, we thought it would be fun to comb through the Internet and see if we could dig up some details on how life has treated the 21 winners and one double winner following their victories. (We refuse to acknowledge that Rupert is a winner because the whole "America's Tribal Council" thing was simply a farce to award the God-only-knows-why fan favorite with a million bucks.)

It was a good first ep... the guys are shady but it is survivor after all... it'll bite 'em later though I'm sure.

And, because I'm too lazy to do the research and Sunflowers is so good at it... I'm just gonna mention here that Amazing Race starts again this Sunday too.
