    Harry Potter

    So who saw it?

We did...we went on Saturday night! I absolutely loved it. My hubby, who hasn't finished all of the books, felt that it was very slow in the middle.

However, if you have read the book...you know that the story did go slow during the first part of the book.

I really thought that the movie did capture the important parts of the book. Let's face it, the movies will never be as good as the books, but this was a good adaptation. I have mixed feelings about seeing the second part of Deathly Hallows. On one hand, I can't wait to see how the finish translates to the screen. On the other hand...I don't want it to end.

    I haven't seen it YET!
But can't wait to go... I know I'll be crying my eyes out the whole time.
I cried so hard when I read the book.

Well...the saddest part of the book (at least in my opinion) happens at the end of the movie. I cried when I read it...and when I watched it.

I was surprised how much I laughed during the movie. Great comedy relief to give way for all the seriousness and sadness of it. I will be bawling during the shrieking shack scene in the 2nd part though. I wasn't right for weeks after reading that. I'm sure you know who etc but no spoilers in case..

Finally went and saw it yesterday.
Could they have made Dobbys death anymore sadder?!? I tried not to cry, but it was so sad.
Can't wait for June 'til the next one.
I loved all the movies thru the series.
