CBS announced that the 12th edition of Big Brother will premiere on Thursday, July 8. The network will air the reality show three nights a week on Wednesdays (8-9 p.m. ET/PT), Thursdays (eviction show from 8-9 p.m.) and Sundays (8-9 p.m).
CBS used to air BB on Tuesdays but the network wanted to keep its winning line-up of dramas on that night intact for the summer.

CBS stated via their “Twitter” account, “All finalist calls have been made. Thanks to all who came out to our casting calls and submitted home tapes for ‘Big Brother’!” The Big Brother team did a lot of interviewing in a couple of cities throughout the United States,including: Greensboro, NC, Bee Cave, TX, and Los Angeles, CA. They revealed that there’s a fake “Big Brother” casting company that’s been trying to charge contestant hopefuls money to send in their “Big Brother” application.

So...I read "spoilers" in the subject line and got so excited....never been so disappointed to not be spoiled!! LOL

BB is my absolute favorite show. I just love it. I don't get the feeds or anything, some people are really fanatical about it. And that's cool. I like it well enough without all the extras.

I hope this year is cast really well. It has been on for so long now, that I always fear the year that comes that they don't put it on the air.

That is interesting that a scammer company is out there doing that. I wonder if they do the same for The Real World? That younger demographic would be a better "target".

U know what I would love, if WE could decide who goes home again, or at least make it where "WE" vote for one person to be on the chopping block and the house chooses the other and they decide who to go home. We could put up the evil sneaky ones and the other house guests wouldnt know why America chose to put up So and So.

It would be fun if we could pick who goes in the house!

Like pick from CBS' top 50 or something.

That's a good idea. Someone should make a Facebook campaign. It worked with Betty White getting on to SNL!

I didn't realize that Matt was arrested as part of the drug ring with Adam! He was also arrested for intimidating witnesses.
