BREAKING: Feds prep for Waco style raid of Bundy Ranch

    Published on Apr 9, 2014

    MAKE THIS VIDEO VIRAL!!!
NEVADA | In the state of Nevada, Cliven Bundy and his family are currently caught in a fight over land with the Federal government. This is over his long standing refusal to acknowledge a 1993 modification to grazing rights on the land.

Bundy claims the land has been in his family since the 1800s. On Saturday, hundreds of federal officials, helicopters, low flying aircraft and hired cowboys, began rounding up Bundy's cattle in northeastern Clark County.

Bundy stated to the media, "I have raised cattle on that land, which is public land for the people of Clark County, all my life. Why I raise cattle there and why I can raise cattle there is because I have preemptive rights... who is the trespasser here? Who is the trespasser on this land? Is the United States trespassing on Clark County, Nevada, land? Or is it Cliven Bundy who is trespassing on Clark County, Nevada, land? Who's the trespasser?"

More than 100 supporters violated a crudely taped off "First Amendment Area" to rally in support of the Bundy family. They erected two flagpoles with the words "We the People" above a flag which read, "Liberty Freedom For God We Stand". The first amendment area stood empty, with one sign nearby declaring, "1st Amendment is not an area."

The feds say the move is about enforcing the law and protecting the endangered desert tortoise, but the Bundy family says the spat represents a showdown between big government and American farmers.

The Feds claim that the removal of the cattle from the land will cost taxpayers roughly $ 3 million.

Feds Use Attack Dogs, Tasers on Protesters Defending Nevada Rancher

By Gina Cassinion April 10, 2014

The long-simmering dispute between a Nevada cattle rancher and the federal Bureau of Land Management boiled over Wednesday, resulting in a near riot. http://toprightnews.com/?p=2393

The BLM disgracefully created a ‘designated First Amendment Area’ outside of which free speech is apparently banned. http://www.infowars.com/nevada-gover...bundy-dispute/ These protesters decided to pursue their free speech rights outside that area…and the video is the ugly result.

On a Nevada highway, protesters faced off against federal agents armed with taser guns and police dogs. Again and again, the two sides clashed, with a man appearing to be tased more than once as he kicked a dog.

Ammon Bundy, the son of rancher Cliven Bundy, claimed he was the one being tased, according to the CBS affiliate KLAS-TV. http://www.8newsnow.com/story/252081...s-seize-cattle

Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval has rightly denounced the “1st Amendment area” limitation — but what is he going to DO about this dangerous overreach of Federal environmental agencies against an innocent Nevada citizen? He needs to send the highway patrol to this area to stop this before something tragic occurs.

Where is state sovereignty? Have we just given it up completely? First Arizona and SB1070. Now this?

A video obtained from Guerilla Media Network captured the confrontation as it took place. http://beforeitsnews.com/r2/?url=htt...dianetwork.com

    *Caution: Strong Language

This is what your Federal government does to patriotic Americans who dare to stray from the Fed-designated "1st Amendment Area". But watch illegal alien FOREIGNERS protest in front of an ICE or DHS facility and see Obama do NOTHING.

Defiant Nevada Rancher Faces Armed Federal Agents in Escalating Confiscation Standoff

By Gina Cassinion on April 10, 2014

A long-simmering dispute between a Nevada cattle rancher and the federal Bureau of Land Management has reached a boiling point, and participants have their fingers crossed it won’t erupt into violence.

Since 1993, Cliven Bundy has been battling the agency, as well as the National Park Service, the Center for Biological Diversity and the courts, to graze his cattle on 150 square miles of Gold Butte scrub land in the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. He stopped paying his grazing fees back then, saying he “fired” the Bureau of Land Management as land manager. His Mormon ancestors had tilled the unforgiving soil since 1887, long before the 1934 Taylor Grazing Act allowed the federal government to seize control, TheBlaze reported. http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2014...reaking-point/

“I have raised cattle on that land, which is public land for the people of Clark County, all my life. Why I raise cattle there and why I can raise cattle there is because I have preemptive rights,” he asserted, explaining to TheBlaze that this includes the right to forage, too.

Furthermore, Bundy has argued that it is the United States trespassing on Clark County, Nev., land, not he, and that he is a better steward of the land. He points out that the manure from his cows fertilizes the soil, that he’s built water sources for wildlife, and that his cattle prevent the vegetation from growing overly dense and creating a fire hazard.

But environmentalists, federal officials and the courts disagree. Armed federal officials and contract cowboys have been brought in to execute a 2013 court order and remove the trespassing cattle. “It’s high time for the BLM to do its job and give the [endangered desert] tortoises and the Gold Butte area the protection they need and are legally entitled to,” senior Center for Biological Diversity scientist Rob Mrowka told theMesquite Local News. “As the tortoises emerge from their winter sleep, they are finding their much-needed food consumed by cattle.” http://mesquitelocalnews.com/section...undy-hero.html

Bundy’s herd also hinders the plants’ ability to recover from wildfires, tramples rare species, damages ancient American Indian cultural sites and endangers recreationists, Mrowka added.

The Bureau of Land Management website says Bundy has defied trespass laws for more than two decades, ignored rules and fees that other cattle ranchers have observed and refused “repeated attempts to resolve the matter administratively and judicially,” according to TheBlaze. While Bundy stated that he owed the BLM $300,000 in back grazing fees, spokeswoman Kirsten Cannon put the figure closer to $1.1 million.

Plus, the roundup of the approximately 900 unwelcome cattle could cost as much as $3 million. But the 68-year-old Bundy has remained unintimidated.

The Bureau of Land Management “has overstepped its boundaries by not letting me access my rights,” he said, and contended that it had inserted “200 armed officers watching our every move and stealing our cattle.” Bundy’s wife, Carol, said snipers are patrolling the family’s ranch.

Spokeswoman Cannon responded that “There are law enforcement and other personnel in place as needed to ensure that the BLM and National Park Service’s employees and contractors are able to conduct operations safely.”

Bundy has vowed to do whatever it takes to protect his property, and his 14 children and hundreds of supporters stand behind him. Dave Bundy, his son, was arrested on Sunday afternoon while attempting to film the contract cowboys at work, and cited for failing to disperse and resisting arrest.

Thus far, 234 cows have been impounded as the Bureau of Land Management has temporarily closed the public recreation area. Bundy’s plea to the Clark County Sheriff to intervene was stymied as the action fell under federal jurisdiction.

While the last rancher in southern Nevada argues “it’s a freedom issue,” federal officials are executing the “no trespassing” court mandate.

Whether violence and bloodshed can be avoided remains to be seen.

Is Cliven Bundy a hero ~ or a threat?

If you’re a supporter of states rights, Cliven Bundy is a hero to you.

If you’re an environmentalist concerned about protecting desert tortoise habitat, you might see him as a threat.

Rob Mrowka of the Center for Biological Diversity fits into the latter camp.

Mrowka complains that after more than 20 years of disputes between the embattled Bunkerville rancher and the federal government , Bundy’s cattle still roam the range that has been closed to them to protect the habitat of the endangered desert tortoise. “This situation is simply outrageous,” Mrowka, a senior scientist with the center, said. “It’s high time for the BLM to do its job and give the tortoises and the Gold Butte area the protection they need and are legally entitled to. As the tortoises emerge from their winter sleep, they are finding their much needed food consumed by cattle.”

Mrowka may be getting what he wants. The BLM is preparing to send cowboy contractors into the area south of Mesquite that encompasess the old Bunkerville grazing allotment, the Gold Butte area and portions of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area to round up Bundy’s cattle that have foraged on the range since the brawl between Bundy and the BLM began in 1993.

That’s when the BLM limited the number of animals Bundy could allow to graze in his allotment to 150. That was to protect the habitat for the desert tortoise. Bundy said he “fired” the BLM as a land manager after that and stopped paying his grazing fees. In 1998, the BLM canceled Bundy permit for non-payment.

Clark County, to conform with the Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan, purchased those grazing leases from the BLM for $375,000 and then retired them. But Bundy still ran his cattle in the area, and no longer confined them. Now they ranged into the Gold Butte and Lake Mead Recreation Area. “Despite having no legal right to do so, cattle from Bundy’s ranch have continued to graze throughout the Gold Butte area, competing with tortoises for food, hindering the ability of plants to recover from extensive wildfires, trampling rare plants, damaging ancient American Indian cultural sites and threatening the safety of recreationists,” Mrowka complains. “Surveys by the BLM have found well over 1,000 cattle — many in easily damaged freshwater springs and riparian areas on public lands managed by the National Park Service and state of Nevada as well as the BLM.”

Bundy refutes those claims. He says his cattle are better stewards of the land than the BLM. He’s installed water sources that also supply wildlife. The cattle prevent the vegetation from getting so dense it becomes a fire hazard. And he says the manure the cattle leave behind has benefited the plant life in those areas.

But the courts haven’t agreed with Bundy and he’s been ordered to remove his livestock. But he disregards the court decisions.

That looked like it was coming to a head in April 2012. The BLM announced it was going to enforce a 1998 court order and begin to round up Bundy’s cattle and sell them.

Insisting the land he grazed his stock on was under the jurisdiction of the state of Nevada and Clark County, Bundy asked Clark County Sheriff Douglas Gillespie to protect his herd from the federal rustlers. When Gillespie declined, Bundy said he would protect his property himself. The BLM canceled the round up.

But now it’s back on. Bundy has been warned and the area has been closed to the public for the BLM and their cowboy contractor to safety roundup the cattle. The contractors are nervous about Bundy’s veiled threats. They’ve asked reporters to come with them to reduce any chance of violence.

Bundy has lots of allies in his range war with the BLM. And it’s easy to see why. His family has ranched the area since 1887, Before the Taylor Grazing Act was passed in 1934 and the BLM created, ranchers in the West never staked out claim to all of the land that they ran their herds on. There was no need. They would lay claim to the land where their homes and buildings were and to the water sources. The range remained open and public property.

But it’s not the Wild West of 1887 any more. It’s not even milder West of 1934. Ranches across the 155 million acres of land the BLM allows grazing on pay their fees for their 21,000 allotments.

Bundy stands against the law of the land.

That can make you a hero in this country. Some laws are poorly thought out and it takes a courageous person to challenge them and get them changed. But Bundy isn’t trying to get the law changed anymore. He’s just ignoring it and feeding his cattle on public land without paying the fees others ranchers have to relinquish.

It’s still heroic to stand against court orders upholding an unfair law. Bundy’s seeking public support. And that’s the correct way to wage this range war. It will take public pressure to get the law changed.

But if that doesn’t happen, what will Bundy and his family do?

He and his family have said they will protect their property even if local law enforcement won’t.

And that will be the game changer. If there’s any violence or even direct threats of violence, Bundy stops being an American folk hero and becomes just another anti-government nutcase like Randy Weaver, David Koresh or Timothy McVeigh.

He and his family don’t deserve that, and hopefully neither the Bundys nor any of their supporters will cross that line.

Cliven Bundy is one of a long line of Western State ranchers who have been fighting the feds (BLM and USFS) for decades over their historically protected use of the public land and water for cattle grazing. Historically, many court cases have ruled in favor of the ranchers and laws have been enacted to protect their rights. The feds and their legal machine just ignore this fact. They are killing the ranches and the families that own them, one at a time, with their rules and unconstitutional tactics. States have sovereignty in this matter but are being intimidated by the fed's hammer. The current crisis is just a repeat of the Nevada Wayne Hage battle that started in the 90's, and was just adjudicated in 2013.

    Déjà vu

The BLM and Clark County have not acted ethically or honorably in regard to this ranch and rancher. Just reduce the permit and water use incrementally until the rancher has nothing left. He can scarcely afford to fight the Goliath.

The Bundy case is not really that unique.

    ..

A 'Class-Action' petition filed in federal court (adverse possession) should do it. Clive has taken the land by adverse possession. He should file a mining claim for each of his family members and the supporters that are standing by him...

    ..

Why does the BLM control over 80% of Nevada? It is time to charge them with theft. The Colorado River water & electrical allotment is next

    ..

The author (who's name I don't not see on the page; maybe I am just missing it) shows their true intent in writing this piece when they dismiss the entire spin of this editorial with this final bit of propaganda.

"And that will be the game changer. If there’s any violence or even direct threats of violence, Bundy stops being an American folk hero and becomes just another anti-government nutcase like Randy Weaver, David Koresh or Timothy McVeigh."
It would appear that the author has a cognitive disconnect as they have missed that direct threats of violence have already been issued, BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT!

Do you hold the government to the same standard when violence is used as a means? Do you even recognize that governments main tool is violence? The federal government when it rules by coercion and force, rules with violence.

The final spin of this piece in my opinion was the authors attempt to justify and authorize the federal governments use of violence against this man.

    SHAME ON YOU!

    ..

This sort of tyranny must be resisted and defeated. The federal government does, actually, have a need for some land...military bases, federal buildings, etc. But they do not and should not own most of the land in western states. It is anathema to our founding principles that these petty tyrants have the power to interfere in our lives so much that they make us serfs on our own ranches, farms, and in our homes.

The filthy envirofascist quoted at the end of the article is simply another leftist that despises liberty and the United States. A reliable indicator to divine the motives of filth like that is by their use of the term "environmentalist" and its various forms. These people are all power mongers. The better word for patriots and people genuinely interested in preserving our natural heritage is "conservationist."

    ..

Funny how there is no harm documented to any tortoise after all these years. go figure.

    ..

This is part of Agenda 21, getting people off the land and concentrated in the cities. There is NO shortage of desert turtles. The process is the punishment-- who can afford lawyers for years to protect your farm or ranch-- or even just the pond on your 5 acres or the well you paid $35 K to install or your 2 acre market garden? You are up against unlimited financial resources.
I'm surprised at the bias of a local paper. There is a lot left out of this story.
There is plenty of money to attack citizens but none to secure the borders, it seems. During the government shutdown, they had gov't workers patrolling to keep hikers off trails and blocking roads, blocking a WW2 memorial from veterans who were having their last chance to see it. Plenty of money to buy billions of hollow point rounds for DOMESTIC use.

Maybe people should read Alexander Solzhenitsyn again.

This is the best explanation of what is happening with the government takeover of Cliven Bundy's property in Nevada. The YouTube video is different than the poster. Please watch the video news report posted below..

    American Preppers Network writes:
More news on Federal BLM jackbooted thugs in Nevada resorting to gestapo-like tactics. A few points to note: 1.) Brundy's family has owned grazing rights to that land since the late 1800's 2.) The BLM was established in 1946 3.) The purpose of the grazing fees to the BLM was intended to help maintain the land, i.e, roads, fences, etc... 4.) Brundy WAS paying those fees until the BLM stopped doing "THEIR" part of maintenance and started using the fees against the ranchers. So Brundy stopped paying those fees and used his own money to maintain the roads himself.

Here is an analogy: Imagine the federal government stopped using fuel tax money to maintain our nations highways and instead started using that money to force drivers from using the roads. Then imagine we as the citizenry who pay for and use those roads decided to stop paying the fuel taxes and use that money ourselves to maintain the roads ourselves. That is essentially the situation Brundy is in. These BLM jackboots are NOT patriots to America, but are strong arm agents of an out of control tyrant federal government, a federal government that should not even be involved in this case. This should strictly be an issue between Brundy and the State of Nevada and the county.
Here is a statement from Brundy's daughter, courtesy of fan Christy Swinn:

"By SHIREE BUNDY COX: I have had people ask me to explain my dad's stance on this BLM fight.

Here it is in as simple of terms as I can explain it. There is so much to it, but here it s in a nut shell. My great grandpa bought the rights to the Bunkerville allotment back in 1887 around there. Then he sold them to my grandpa who then turned them over to my dad in 1972. These men bought and paid for their rights to the range and also built waters, fences and roads to assure the survival of their cattle, all with their own money, not with tax dollars.

These rights to the land use is called preemptive rights. Some where down the line, to keep the cows from over grazing, came the bureau of land management. They were supposed to assist the ranchers in the management of their ranges while the ranchers paid a yearly allotment which was to be use to pay the BLM wages and to help with repairs and improvements of the ranches.

My dad did pay his grazing fees for years to the BLM until they were no longer using his fees to help him and to improve. Instead they began using these money's against the ranchers. They bought all the rest of the ranchers in the area out with their own grazing fees.

When they offered to buy my dad out for a pittance he said 'no thanks' and then fired them because they weren't doing their job. He quit paying the BLM but, tried giving his grazing fees to the county, which they turned down. So my dad just went on running his ranch and making his own improvements with his own equipment and his own money, not taxes.

In essence the BLM was managing my dad out of business. Well when buying him out didn't work, they used the endangered species card.
You've already heard about the desert tortiste. Well that didn't work either, so then began the threats and the court orders, which my dad has proven to be unlawful for all these years.

Now they're desperate. It's come down to buying the brand inspector off and threatening the County Sheriff. Everything their doing at this point is illegal and totally against the constitution of the United States of America.

Then there's the issue of the cattle that are at this moment being stolen. See even if dad hasn't paid them, those cattle do belong to him.
Regardless where they are they are my fathers property. His herd has been part of that range for over a hundred years, long before the BLM even existed. Now the Feds think they can just come in and remove them and sell them without a legal brand inspection or without my dad's signature on it. They think they can take them over two borders, which is illegal, ask any trucker. Then they plan to take them to the Richfeild Auction and sell them.

All with our own tax money.

They have paid off the contract cowboys and the auction owner as well as the Nevada brand inspector with our tax dollars. See how slick they are?

Now you may be saying," how sad, but what does this have to do with me?" Well, I'll tell you.....

They will get rid of Cliven Bundy, the last man standing on the Bunkerville allotment and then they will close all the roads so no one can ever go on it again. Next, it's Utah's turn. Mark my words, Utah is next.

Well, this is it in a nut shell. Thanks

Most of you out there have probably not heard of this. Read up and learn how our government is intimidating a rancher in Nevada. Read the whole story and you will see what they are doing is totally totalatarian, hopefully this man and his family as well as the protestors all come through this alive. If people won't speak out about anything else maybe this will open some eyes. By the way, I heard the BLM planned to euthanize most of the "protected" turtles because of a parasite that was infecting them.

While the last rancher in southern Nevada argues “it’s a freedom issue,” federal officials are executing the “no trespassing” court mandate.

Is Sen. Harry Reid Behind the BLM Land Grab of the Bundy Ranch?
Website FreeRepublic Exposes BLM “document dump” that suggests attempted cover-up of Sen. Reid/Chinese gov’t takeover of ranch for solar farm.

By Gina Cassini on April 11, 2014

The Bureau of Land Management, whose director was Sen. Harry Reid’s (D-Nev.) former senior adviser, has purged documents from its web site stating that the agency wants Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy’s cattle off of the land his family has worked for over 140 years in order to make way for solar panel power stations.

The first segment of the document pulled by the feds from BLM.gov.

Deleted from BLM.gov but reposted for posterity by the Free Republic http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/ne.../posts?page=99 the BLM document entitled “Cattle Trespass Impacts” directly states that Bundy’s cattle “impacts” solar development, more specifically the construction of “utility-scale solar power generation facilities” on “public lands.” http://www.blm.gov/pgdata/etc/medial...%20Oct2012.pdf

“Non-Governmental Organizations have expressed concern that the regional mitigation strategy for the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone utilizes Gold Butte as the location for offsite mitigation for impacts from solar development, and that those restoration activities are not durable with the presence of trespass cattle,” the document states. http://www.blm.gov/pgdata/etc/medial...%20Oct2012.pdf

“The Approved Resource Management Plan Amendments/Record of Decision (ROD) for Solar Energy Development in Six Southwestern States implemented a comprehensive solar energy program for public lands in those states and incorporated land use allocations and programmatic and SEZ-specific design features into land use plans in the six-state study area.”

Back in 2012, the New American reported that Harry Reid’s son, Rory Reid, was the chief representative for a Chinese energy firm planning to build a $5-billion solar plant on public land in Laughlin, Nevada. http://www.thenewamerican.com/tech/e...lar-plant-deal

And journalist Marcus Stern with Reuters also reported that Sen. Reid was heavily involved in the deal as well. http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/...87U06D20120831

“[Reid] and his oldest son, Rory, are both involved in an effort by a Chinese energy giant, ENN Energy Group, to build a $5 billion solar farm and panel manufacturing plant in the southern Nevada desert,” he wrote. “Reid has been one of the project’s most prominent advocates, helping recruit the company during a 2011 trip to China and applying his political muscle on behalf of the project in Nevada.”

“His son, a lawyer with a prominent Las Vegas firm that is representing ENN, helped it locate a 9,000-acre (3,600-hectare) desert site that it is buying well below appraised value from Clark County, where Rory Reid formerly chaired the county commission.”

Although these reports are in plain view, the mainstream media has so far ignored this link.

The BLM’s official reason for encircling the Bundy family with sniper teams and helicopters was to protect the endangered desert tortoise, which the agency has previously been killing in mass due to “budget constraints.” http://www.infowars.com/before-nevad...sert-tortoise/

“A tortoise isn’t the reason why BLM is harassing a 67 year-old rancher; they want his land,” journalist Dana Loesch wrote. “The tortoise wasn’t of concern when [U.S. Senator] Harry Reid worked with BLM to literally change the boundaries of the tortoise’s habitat to accommodate the development of his top donor, Harvey Whittemore.”

“Reid is accused of using the new BLM chief as a puppet to control Nevada land (already over 84% of which is owned by the federal government) and pay back special interests,” she added. “BLM has proven that they’ve a situational concern for the desert tortoise as they’ve had no problem waiving their rules concerning wind or solar power development. Clearly these developments have vastly affected a tortoise habitat more than a century-old, quasi-homesteading grazing area.” http://danaloeschradio.com/the-real-...e-bundy-ranch/

“If only Clive Bundy were a big Reid donor.”

Militia Mobilize in Nevada… Standing Against Feds

Earlier in the week, we reported a huge standoff between a peaceful rancher who lets his cattle graze on federal lands and a militarized force of heavily armed and fully equipped federal law enforcement.

Militia are quickly mobilizing in Nevada to stand with rancher Cliven Bundy against the feds. This situation is getting intense as protesters and militia swarm the area. Bundy’s son has already been tased by law enforcement, and dogs were let loose on a pregnant woman.

In a town hall meeting, Margaret Houston, who is the sister of Bundy, said that it was like a “war zone” and she felt like she “was not in the United States.” Wow.

    Via Dailymail Online

Another protester, from Utah, accused the BLM agents of ‘Throwing women to the ground, tasing them [and] sicking K-9 dogs on them,’ in comments to the station.

The claims of brutality have resulted in private militias taking up the Bundys’ cause. ‘That is what we do, we provide armed response,’ Jim Lordy with Operation Mutual Aid told the station, adding that he isn’t afraid to shoot.

‘They have guns,’ he continued. ‘We need guns to protect ourselves from the tyrannical government.’

The Montana native claimed ‘many more’ militias are on their way to join their brothers in arms. They appear to be organizing via Twitter using the hashtags #BundyRanch and #rangewar.

‘They all tell me they are in the process of mobilizing as we speak,’ Ryan Payne boasted to the Review-Journal.

Groups from as far away as New Hampshire and Florida are expected, he added.
Even the governor of Nevada spoke out against the unconstitutional actions of the feds, calling their tactics “intimidation” and telling them to “reconsider” what they’re doing.

‘No cow justifies the atmosphere of intimidation which currently exists nor the limitation of constitutional rights that are sacred to all Nevadans,’ Sandoval said in a statement released after business hours Tuesday.
We’ll continue to monitor this situation as it develops. We sincerely hope that violence doesn’t break out. But who knows what could happen when the feds use these kinds of intimidation tactics just to prove that they can get what they want. We want to support the Bundys, but we should do so peacefully, not by calling for more militia to head to Nevada. Remember, all it takes is one shot for there to be massive bloodshed. This is exactly the opposite of what anyone wants.

Cell Towers Shut Down According To Reports – Gov’t Endgame Near?
    April 11, 2014

    By Susan Duclos

[Update] Bundyranch17 has updates: 3 hrs ago they Tweeted “If you are headed to #BundyRanch and can get satellite phones, they are very much needed. #RangeWar #Blackout.”

1 Hour ago – “I know a lot of people have been asking for a live feed. Please be patient, I am trying to get something set up…http://fb.me/6puEZj85N“

[Update #2] Appears that like magic the phones are working again but only for some… is this a test to see how long the government would have before word spread? No word on whether “some” were experiencing hot spot issues or if this was, indeed, done deliberately. Also no word as to whether everyone has service back again.

[Update #3] We are hearing that cell service is not down and a member of the Bundy family has been contacted to verify that cell service is up and working. No explanation given as to why it was not working for some and seems to work fine for others, other than possibly hot spot issues. Will update if further information becomes available.

    Original article below

If this is true then the government is nearing their endgame and do not want the world to witness what comes next. Prison Planet’s Paul Joesph Watson sent out a tweet, shown below, which says the Bundy family is reporting that the government has shut down the cell towers to prevent communications and video uploads from being shared with a country that is watching a government terrorist attack against the last rancher standing in the Bunkerville area of Nevada.

Should this be true and not some coincidental hot spot issue, then the government wants to make sure that their actions are not shared until they can get their side of the story out. Perhaps a false flag claim that the militia or the Bundy’s fired first?

We have already seen Commissioner Tom Collins state that people headed to the Bundy ranch to support the family from the terrorist acting Bureau of Land Management, should “have funeral plans,” and the militias stating they are prepared to shoot if it becomes necessary.

[Update] Prison Planet’s video on this just came out, shown as first one below. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8i_BL...layer_embedded

Via the details from the video above:

Will the feds resort to staging violence in order to frame Cliven Bundy and his supporters?

With hundreds of “militia members” heading to Nevada, the possibility of the feds inserting provocateurs posing as protesters in order to demonize Bundy’s cause is a major threat.

Remember, Ed and Elaine Brown mistakenly invited U.S. Federal Marshals posing as supporters into their own home before they were arrested.

The Real Story Behind The Bundy Ranch Harassment with Dana Show @dloesch

*UPDATE: Those who say Bundy is a “deadbeat” are making inaccurate claims. Bundy has in fact paid fees to Clark County, Nevada in an arrangement pre-dating the BLM. The BLM arrived much later, changed the details of the setup without consulting with Bundy — or any other rancher — and then began systematically driving out cattle and ranchers. Bundy refused to pay BLM, especially after they demanded he reduce his heard’s head count down to a level that would not sustain his ranch. Bundy OWNS the water and forage rights to this land. He paid for these rights. He built fences, established water ways, and constructed roads with his own money, with the approval of Nevada and BLM. When BLM started using his fees to run him off the land and harassing him, he ceased paying. So should BLM reimburse him for managing the land and for the confiscation of his water and forage rights?

Cliven Bundy’s problem isn’t that he didn’t pay — he did — or that his cattle bother tortoises — they don’t — it’s that he’s not a Reid donor

RED RIVER RUMBLE? BLM Wants to Seize 90,000 Acres of Texas Ranchers’ Land!
    April 11, 2014

    http://www.americasfreedomfighters.c...ranchers-land/

The Red River is the boundary between Texas and Oklahoma…or is it?

Byers, Texas along the Red River — The BLM stole 140 acres of the Tommy Henderson ranch thirty years ago. They took his land and paid him absolutely nothing. He sued and lost. Now the BLM is using that court case as precedent to do it again. The problem is, the land they want to seize is property that ranchers have a deed for and have paid taxes on for over a hundred years.

The BLM claims that about 90,000 acres (116 miles along the Red River) have never belonged to Texas in the first place. They will seize the land and it will seriously change the boundaries between the two states.

    Avulsion versus Accretion

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=4sAbiO0SThQ

Since 1803 when the Louisiana Purchase was completed, there has been a controversy over the boundary between Oklahoma and Texas. The boundary is supposed to be the vegetation line on the south side of the Red River. But the River has moved over time. The problem is the definition of that boundary line- Oklahoma and Texas each use different semantics to define it. And the BLM is finding ways to use the disputed words to give them the ability to seize the land.

According to the BLM, the Red River is always Accretion (gradual accumulation of sediment) to the south, and always Avulsion (rapid formation of a new river channel) to the north. So according to the BLM, the boundary only moves one direction, never in the direction that favors the ranchers. They are looking to re-draw the entire portion of the Red River boundary. That includes 90,000 acres of land along a 116 mile stretch of the river.

“BLM officials believe they have a responsibility to manage land they believe is federal which includes an estimated 90,000 acres along 116 miles of the Red River. If land is found to be public, BLM officials say they have three options: leave the land open, closed, or open with limitations.”

    January 2014
    Public input ignored?

Land that has been in the families of ranchers is to be seized as “public lands” that would be subject to fees or blocked off entirely from rancher’s use. Or in some cases, moving the boundary line over to Oklahoma, where Texas ranchers can lose their rights to the lands that they have owned for more than a century. The BLM had open meetings back in January to “take input” from the public …but they are moving forward with their plan to seize the land anyway. There was likely never any intention of actually listening to the rancher’s stand.

The taking of property from land owners, the stealing of cattle, all of these things are apparently the modus operandi of the Bureau of Land Management. There are no tortoises involved in this incident, just land-grabbing feds who are intent to take away the property of ranchers that have owned it for hundreds of years. Will it come to armed confrontation as is occurring in Nevada? We don’t know.

Open grazing of cattle has always been a common law right in America. It is time for the American people to rise up against the theft of private lands and property by a government that is out of control. Ranchers have contact Texas Representative Mac Thornberry for assistance. We will monitor this situation as it progresses.
