I still do not understand My Points search

Here is the way I search:
Make sure you click on WEB for the box!
Then put in a search word Ex: walmart. Wait for results on next page. Then put in a new word like shoes. Make sure it stays on WEB. NOT merchant.
I do NOT click on any results. You can however if you want to, to support the site....
And its over 31 to make sure you get the 75 points. HTH

I had the same problem couple of months ago.You can type anything at the search bar and search words on the "WEB" tab. But they do not count as "Qualifying Searches".I you are looking for a apple pie recipe and if you type couple of times apple , it counts as a 1 search.Try to choose different topics.

I was just wondering because I did 8 searches, all different
words., used the Wikipia (or whatever the name is) clicked on a page, then went back to My Points. After I did 8 searches I went to my account to see if my searches were in there but nothing that I searched was put in the "Description" column in my account.

I'm having a problem with the points for downloading. My BonusMail clearly states I'll receive 500 points for downloading and first search. They credited only 100 points. I've been arguing with them ever since...even sent a copy of the original BonusMail. Any suggestions?

No;
If you have your original mail and proof that you responded on the advertised frame time,they will honor that offer. Your best proof will be on your account page.When you are sending them e mail include the original proof and copy of your account page with date of toolbar offer that you clicked through.It takes at least a week to respond to you but you will get it.

Yes, I tried this, and copied the whole bonusmail for them. I just asked them for the third time today, in the interest of good faith, to credit the additional points. Thanks for the replies, though - I appreciate it.
