Question Help! Anyone know what these symptoms could be?

This started a couple of months ago only while sleeping but now it has been happening a few times a week while I'm awake also.

It starts in my shoulders with like a muscle ache that spreads down both arms to my hands. While this is happening my arms feel very heavy & like I can't move them. This last for about a minute & then after that my arms feel weak for about 5-10 mins after.

It never happens while I'm doing work. It happens when I'm lying down or watching tv...etc...

Anyone know what this could be? I was thinking maybe a pinched nerve.

It could be a pinched nerve and everytime you lie down it presses on the nerve.

But it does happen when I'm sitting around also. My upper body feels weak afterwards for about 5-10 mins.

I would check with your Doc. I have a problem similar to this but my arms go painfully numb and it happens when I lay down. Mine is caused from Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and Carpal Tunnel. Good luck on getting it figured out.
