remember the free stuff from crazyape.com?

Well my charge card bill came and the charges from crazyape are on there, 2 times. I got a notice saying they were removing the charge but instead charged it twice. I am not happy to say the very least. I even placed a legitimate order, not the free one, it is on there too but I never got anything from them. Remember this was the order that said free shipping and the items were free also. Of course when something looks too good to be true it is but I didn't expect to get this on my charge card after they told me it was fixed. In all my times of using bbs, this is my first snaffu. Yall check your charge card bills.
