I am thankful for:
My family
My warm house
The fact that I get a meals 3 times a day, & am never hungry
My clothing, it may not be haute couture, but it keeps me covered & warm
My health
My spiritual life, it sustains me
My friends
chocolate (hey, gotta have at least one vice

My daughters
A warm affordable place to live
Food everyday to eat
That my truck keeps starting(its an 87)
Medicaid covers my medications for my bad back
My internet connection(w/o which i would be bored and lost)
My friends at BBS

My insurance is paying $1605 a month for my meds
They finally sold the abandoned house next door
5 deer in my freezer
My new nephew
A roof over our heads

What I pray for :
The neurologist will find out what is causing these headaches

That the Cardiologist will say my 5 year old daughter is healthy and we will have her with us for many more years! She is a strong little girl!

DS#1 was accepted into his first choice for college,
one of the 'Big 10'
and am very proud of him as a freshman.

(But, I still cry after he goes back to school
after being home for the weekend.)

Besides the obvious (God, Family, etc.),
I am thankful for the poster of Harrison Ford in my laundry room, the springlike weather we've had this month, the fact that my husband is being very helpful around the house, and of course having this board to spend all my spare time on.
