I need all your help
Ok here is the problem my boyfriend hurt his knee today at work and it is swolen and red I told him to go to the Dr but you all know how guys all he needs to here from others also so please help me.
tell him go to the Dr

You def. need to go to the doc. it really bothers me when my dbf hurts himself so bad he can barely move and then refuses to go. Give your gf some peace of mind and go.

Cheryl if he won't go to the ER make sure he is icing it for 20 minutes every hour.

I'm taking my mom for surgery to replace both knees next Tuesday. She fell on both her knees and said they were ok. Well guess what they weren't. Tell him to go see a doc.

Blue ice does not penetrate deep enough to help. What you need to do is get a styrofoam cup & fill it almost to the top with water. When it is frozen cut part of the cup off & have him ice his kneee with that.
If not he had betetr see a doctor first thing in the morning.

Don't be stubborn like I was cuz I ended up in the ER yesterday with the worst asthma attack I could ever imagine and missed 2 days of work...now go go go!!!
