I called them (again) on Tuesday and they told me to wait until Monday (2/28) and if it hadn't come they would start an investigation to get my card. However, my dad had them do this going on 2 weeks...

I use Publisher's Clearing House for mine. It was $44 and you are able to pay it in 4 installments!! They have a website too so you can order online.
