When I use the canned stuff I only use the tuna in oil. It's harder to find but has a lot more flavor.

I agree with the above. I love to cook. I like to make it up as I go. Baking isn't as feasible for me because of the reasons above plus the fact that my over is like 40 years old and doesn't cook...
