well, at least it is not just me. I have now completed a survey on the desktop and on the phone and got both those squares. Usually completing a survey gets you both attempted and completed. hope...

Well so far I have been DQ'd from 2 surveys on my desktop and one on my phone. I got 5 points each but neither of the Bingo squares has checked off and it is nearly 30 minutes since the first DQ.
