Thread: Shopping Spree countdown clock

To those who tried to participate in last night's gift card Shopping Spree on RewardTV, was it just me or did anyone else notice that their countdown clock was off? And I mean off by about 2 or 3 minutes. It was supposed to take place at 9:30PM ET / 6:30PM PT. But by the time their countdown clock reached 00:00:00, it was already about 32 or 33 minutes past the hour.

And sure enough, when the page automatically refreshed, immediately underneath each gift card logo was the message, "Sorry, all have been taken."

This is now the second time in the past month that this has happened. I sent a message to RewardTV technical support after the first time, but the gist of their response was basically, "No problem with us -- gee, it must be your computer."

I'm curious to know if anyone else experienced this.

This does happen from time to time. If you notice that it is off using IE try using Firefox and vice versa. Yea, their customer service is crap honestly. Anytime something happens, their answer is that it is "your" fault and not theirs.
