    Question Rewards Getting Slow??

I cashed out for an american airlines 1000 mile GC on Jan 3rd, still have not received. I cashed out for the northwest airline miles in November, received in January and it was EXPIRED! I notified them when I received it in January that it was expired and they said they'd mail a new one when they came in. Nothing. I cashed out also for a 5.00 Taco Bell and nothing.
I only do rewardtv once a week if that now because it doesn't pay to play and play only to get 1 GC every few months. It use to be a lot easier to get them. Now besides being hard to get, when you do finally get them, they aren't arriving.
    Anyone else?

    Re: Rewards Getting Slow??

Some GCs that RTV don't have on hand are slower coming, but they have never sent me an expired GC. I've never had any problem in the Sprees. So far this month, I've cashed in for three $10 GCs and one $5 GC in my account and for one $10 and a $5 in my mom's account. I only play my parent's accounts when I have time, so they don't get as many GCs. It's best to be logged in to RTV several minutes before the Sprees and you have to be fast to get the rewards. My gaming experiences help me to be a lot faster when clicking. I haven't received hardly and GCs that I've picked up in the Sprees this year. Sometimes they get slow sending them. One time last summer, I got 12 GCs in a two day period. At least, RTV is going to send you a GC for the "expired" one. I'm gonna pass on Wednesday's but will get a couple of Quiznos on Thursday's spree. Good luck in future sprees!

I have been playing since 2002 and the last 6 months or so has definitely been worse. I use to get many rewards. I do get to the 'buy' button as soon as it shows and hit it immediately. 4 out of 5 times it says another user is claiming the reward. I have high speed, cable connection. Never locked up, just having a hard time getting a reward. And now, the ones I did get aren't even coming in the mail

Have seen long delays fot the $10 g/c but not the $5 ones until now. It's been almost 2 months now since winning them and still waiting

    Unhappy Re: Rewards Getting Slow??

Seems that RTV isn't too keen on sending anything out with any alacrity. They continue to offer items at their sprees that have been "on back order". Why would anyone put an item back up for auction or to be won at spree if they don't have it to begin with?

Well, I can't speak for the sprees, as I tend to ignore them, but I did get rid of some points expiring this year by subscribing to Giant. It only took a month to receive the first issue.

    Cool Re: Rewards Getting Slow??

I e-mailed them the other day about A $25 Wal-Mart GC I won on 5/12/06 and had not received yet and they e-mailed me back:

"Thank you for your email. We are running behind schedule on Prize
Fulfillment, but will work to get your Gift Certificate shipped out as soon
    as possible.

    Thank you!

    Sincerely,

Hi mficke! Yep, you got the old RTV form letter. My logic is how can you put something up to be won on the shopping spree that you have had depleted from your stock already? (Now there's 2 batches of people who need their winnings fulfilled.)

Perhaps they are catching on about their answers being posted on public forums since it is against the terms of service and are checking out the accounts of people before shipping prizes to find out if they are breaking terms of service.
