Here's the nonsense I got about the 12 points for completing the to-do list, Mind you, I sent them a screen shot (I wish I could post it here) that said

"Congratulations!
You have completed your to-do list and earned 12 points!"

Also note, I did not try to redeem anything. Here's their response.

Usually, you can only redeem a total of 10 points for completing the To-Do list.
There is an error where members see that they should receive 12 points for completing all the task.
You don't have to worry, we already credited the missing points.

They actually gave me 15 points instead of 12, because the points for completing the to do list yesterday didn't credit.

I got 12 points plus the first 5 as 2 separate items in my account history.

That's not our problem. They've had plenty of time to fix it, and didn't. If it shows 12 pts they owe 12pts.

I got an email from them that says they applied the credit owed........5 pts. I emailed back and said I wanted the 12 pts, and sent them a photo I took yesterday morning when I completed it, showing that it says 12 pts.

They also deducted 40 pts from my account for a purchase I made back in September. I have no idea why. Now I have to go search for the order confirmation, and send another friggin help ticket! So tired of this BS.

Survey # 7112106 Length: 6 min 17 PTS actually gave me the points, but didn't credit me for completing the survey. Make sure to get a screenshot of that one if you do it.

I just got credited 637 points, but I have no idea exactly what for! lol

One for 127 pts says a survey completed on 9/28/2020 (no idea if it was a delayed payout....or something I complained about and finally got credit for),

And the other for 510 pts says it's a bonus for the month of Oct, for a survey I took.

Yippeee!!


ETA: Neither of those credited towards my daily goal for today! *smh*
