I'm having a hard time with surveys too. I always do on Sunday. I've completed 2 so far, got confirmation, then got the usual DQ message. I don't bother with tickets anymore, so I just take the loss. (But it's still irritating at h*ll! lol )

I finally got a pop rewards and completed it. It gave me that stupid error message, but thank goodness it still credited. My neighbor told me she spent over 20 mins on a 5min survey and got an error when she submitted it. It didn't credit and now no more surveys are showing for her. I rarely send in a ticket because they almost always refuse me. My neighbor has much better luck; they credit her for every ticket she sends in. I just don't understand it.

There must be something wrong with it. Same thing happened to me yesterday.

Is the survey asking you any questions about shows you have watched? It's not asking me. It goes right to commercial questions, and I get most of them wrong.

I usually get about 3 show questions and the rest are commercials.

Oh my gosh. I completed several long surveys and none of them credited. Finally got a Kantar survey and completed it. Got the success screen, and then an error page. I screamed. LOL Luckily when I checked my ledger it had credited. Thank goodness.
