Although you have already reached your daily max Points for disqualifications, you can still keep trying and earn Points for completing a survey.
I haven't had that in a long time -- could be because they just stopped giving me DQ points! It used to a max of 5.

I submitted a receipt yesterday with Nature Valley snacks, Hellman's mayo, tomatoes, and Nut Thins. That's a total of 683 points. They rejected my receipt (rightfully so) for no date. I had scanned my receipt incorrectly --no date showed, rescanned it showing the date when I realized what I had done, but attached the wrong copy. The rejection said it was automatically under manual review. I went to one of the pending items, and Contacted Support -- told them all the above and attached the corrected receipt. I got a response immediately -- from a real person -- who said it was already under review.
Today, I got rejected on the 3 high value items, but they gave me 3 pts for tomatoes. I emailed the real person today, with copies of the corrected receipt, with all items circled, and the rejection notification.
Lots of nonsense happening. Wasting our time for sure.

I think that when you use them often enough, they go away for a while. I don't have tomatoes, cucumbers, bread, milk, butter, and apples (maybe others, but these I remember). Oddly enough, I think they even go away on my Swagbucks shopping list...

It's not working. Several comments on the FB page about it. Not working for me either. Hopefully they will see someones comments and fix it. It's the only column I can get any points for.
well, at least it is not just me. I have now completed a survey on the desktop and on the phone and got both those squares. Usually completing a survey gets you both attempted and completed. hope they fix it before the end of Bingo.

Yea, I hope they fix that attempt a survey thing without us having to ticket for it. They still haven't credited my ticket for the previous bingo. It's just been hanging there for days.

My "Attempt a Desktop Survey" box on the bingo board is checked off. The other one still isn't.
ETA: (7pm ET) Just attempted a survey on my phone, and got dq'd. That checked off the "Attempt Mobile Survey'' box on Bingo, so obviously they fixed it.
Got 50 pts

It didn't fill mine in at first either. Try taking a survey on your cell phone again.
