Here we freaking go again!
I'm trying to upload a receipt (worth 850 pts) and I'm getting the response "Purchase Before Activation." The activation date is March 17th, and the date on the receipt is March 18th. So how the heck is that BEFORE??
When I try to send it for review, I get this:
We were unable to process your request at this time. Please contact our Help Center for further assistance with your request. We apologize for any inconvenience
I've been getting that response for about 2 weeks every time I try to send a help ticket.

I think they mean you didn't add it to your shopping list before you bought it. They are getting really technical now. It has to be on your list before you go to the store and buy it. I've never had that happen. They just reject me and close the ticket. Same thing (rejection/close ticket) is also happening on SB.

I just got "pended" for 2 items on SB -- Pillsbury refrigerated. They are clearly on the receipt. No offer to resubmit the receipt (usually I circle the items the 2nd time around). When I went to Pending and clicked on the item, it showed NA in all the categories (merchant, id, etc.) I clicked on Contact Support and was told -- 1. Contacting too early may delay processing, 2. Double check terms, and 3. They may ask for proof (isn't that what the receipt is?). Total BS. I only put it in because there is a Team Challenge going on and I wanted to earn some Team points (in addition to the 100 pts for me!). Even if they process it, I'll bet I don't get Team credits.

WTH? Are you serious? Where is that written? I've never heard that. If that's true, they need to post it somewhere!

I did have this happen to me some time ago - I added the item the day after the date on my receipt, and they caught it.

This makes no sense because I remember when they automatically credited me for the toilet bowl cleaner that I purchased when I uploaded a receipt for a 3pt item. It was a starred item and I never even added it to my list. It found it on my receipt when I uploaded it and gave me the big points for it. I was shocked because I didn't even realize I'd purchased a starred item.

Anyone else confused as to how the point system for delayed surveys works. I did one today, and met both goals, but the points don't show in my account. It only shows that I made 50pts today. I've noticed before that when the points supposedly get added that my points in my account don't go up. Are they really giving us the points?

I think it's fairly safe to assume that we all have different rules, different surveys, different dq limits, and different points values for magic receipts.
How they base it all, is the question.

Flip a coin? Magic 8 Ball? Eenie Meenie? Dart board?
Those are my guesses about how they make this stuff up.
