My only bonuses are for games. No thanks.
And they denied my points because it was part of another promotion. That's not in the "fine print" -- but ABOVE the fine print. This is crazy -- I don't buy anything that's not on sale. So -- not only did I use my receipt on MP just to get the bonus, but now I can't use it on SB where MORE of my items qualified for points. I'm about to be done with this whole site.

And I got kicked out (or Xd out of ) every survey I tried yesterday. They are still trying to collect name and address -- oh, but we PROMISE not give anyone your info. Like I'm going to believe that one 3rd party entity, from who knows where, is not going to collect my personal info and pass it along to another 3rd party (or is it a 4th party now). Some say they hold onto your info for 10 years, and lots of them mention foreign countries.

Watch out for those magic receipt deals. I was just looking at the Knorr cause Albertson's has it on sale, but it states:

Has Survey Cat always been so political?? I get their surveys at least twice a day now, and each one is about the upcoming election. The WHOLE survey. I just don't remember them being political.

I've always had good luck with Survey Cat paying out until last week. I completed the surveys as usual, but no points were awarded. I would go to the Visited section and it would say that I only spent 1 minute on the survey, not the 9 or 10 minutes I took to complete. I got my points awarded after putting in a ticket two times, but when it happened twice in one day (for a different SC survey) I didn't bother putting in a ticket since I had already put in one ticket for SC that day and I didn't even know if I would be awarded for that.

After several back and forth dealings with MP through the BBB, the BBB finally just closed the case with no resolution. Don't even know what the point of reporting MP to them was if they just close it and do nothing. Nothing was ever resolved and they still haven't improved the website. I'm tired of constantly getting that virus warning when I try to do surveys. Others have mentioned it on the MP FB page, but nothing has been done. Most of their point links don't work or don't credit. We're clicking on stuff and doing surveys and not getting paid. It's become such a sad company.

I would write and ask them why they closed it. Makes no sense.
I uploaded a receipt 3 days ago from Burger King and kept getting the response there was no date on it. (The date is at the bottom, clearly legible). I got declined today.
Unfortunately, we have not found adequate support to conclude the transaction was completed in accordance with all required terms and conditions, including our Terms of Use
I think it's safe to assume there are no humans working their customer service anymore.
