    I've been waiting a week for my Orange Juice, and tomatoes, to credit. Today both of them got rejected.
    The reason for the OJ was..... Partner Rejected Completion. WTH does that mean??

    The reason for the tomatoes was.....''
    These offers require a minimum purchase quantity.''

    Neither one of those have a minimum quantity requirement, and both say ''any brand''.

    Seriously, wth is wrong with these guys lately!?

    And the last time I complained about Partner Rejected they just closed the ticket without any explanation. They routinely deny my fruit and veg items for "minimum quantity" -- I've started screenshots before I even submit a receipt. I've gotten snarky a couple times also -- told them it's a little hard to buy less than one apple, or one tomato -- so why the rejection? Then they want me to rate their service! Can I do -10?

    I got snarky, too, when I sent in my ticket for the avocados. I wrote:

    "Why did you reject my avocados receipt. There were only three items on it, milk, bread, and avocados. How difficult is that to read? I needed it for my complete Bingo board along with my Walgreens shop which you never marked off. I had to claim a lesser Bingo point amount because of that. Here is a pic of the "avocados from Mexico" as stated on the UPC."

    I took a pic of my avocados and sent that to them. LOL They finally credited my avocado points, but I still have to wait a certain number of days before I can ticket for my complete Bingo amount.

    Still not credited for OJ and tomatoes.

    Now I'm having trouble with the Refresh eye drops. When I try to upload the receipt I get the response "Purchase before Activation." I don't know why I'm getting that....the fine print says March 10, and the receipt says March 13th.

    When I click on Contact Customer Service, I get the response:

    ''We're Sorry

    We were unable to process your request at this time. Please contact our Help Center for further assistance with your request. We apologize for any inconvenience.''

    There is no other way to contact customer service. Everything takes me back to the ledger page and that doesn't work for me. Since the receipt wasn't accepted, it doesn't show up on the ledger page.

    I am sick of the Magic Receipts anyway. I looked them over today -- a lot of them are only good in one store. I made a quick trip to Walmart today, just to pick up some things for my garden. While I was there I looked at Maple Syrup because my MR say the points are only good if I purchase there (and I need it anyway). They don't even sell the freakin' brands the points are good for! I can get them at Kroger, but then I don't get the points. Ridiculous.

    So, now the RevU wizard surveys don't even award you a full point if you are DQd. Two of mine have awarded me 0.9pt plus 0.1pt (only because I clicked on the 10% booster offer when it first comes up. Soooooo cheeeeaaaaap!
