    So this happened again tonight...I completed a survey and got the green 'success' banner, but it didn't list the points awarded. Same thing happend a few days ago. I checked my Account Statement each time, and the points were added - but just not announced in the green banner. Just curious if others had this happen recently too.

    I haven't had that problem yet, but I am having a problem with surveys. (What else is new?). Now when I try to take surveys I get the respone that ''my device is not supported by this survey,'' and the tab at the top always says ''mobile device'' even though I'm on my laptop. I can tell what survey company it's going to be, and it's one that i've always been able to complete so I have no idea what the problem is. I've already had 2 responses like that in less than a half hour.

    I send a help ticket, but they don't give me an actual answer.

    I was able to click on that TRUEX video 56 times today to meet my second goal. It was still there once I reached it, but didn't really need it anymore and was tired of clicking.
