I just uploaded a Werther's receipt and got 340 also. Had to send in a ticket for the 850.

I sent a ticket but didn't have a screen shot of the offer so I submitted my receipt with the 3 items circled.

They actually gave me 850 points today, even though I had received the 340 two days ago. Woohoo.
