    Now I'm having trouble uploading. The last 2 I tried in the past hour, just won't upload! I had to send a help ticket for both

    Spent 19 mins watching a video and answering questions, THEN I was told I had to finish the rest of the survey using my webcam.

    It was NOT mentioned at the beginning that webcam was required.

    Do the one point discover clicks work for any of you? They haven't worked for me in a long time. It doesn't work on either Firefox or Edge, nor does it work on Safari on my Iphone or the MP app. I do not have a vpn nor an ad blocker on. Some folks say that it works when they are using a wifi away from home. I guess I'll have to try to remember to try it when I'm out shopping some time.

    None worked for me today. Also still no surveys pay me DQ points, nor do they credit me for "attempt" a survey -- so I can't even make the To-Do list, much less the Daily Goal! So I just close up and figure tomorrow is another day!

    I'm getting VERY fed up with the sh*t they're requesting from us now, from Help Tickets!

    I have sent in about 7 help tickets this week alone, and every one of them comes back with a stupid form letter requesting MORE information! Information that was ALREADY on the Help Ticket when I filled it out!

    We look forward to helping you with your survey inquiry. To ensure your ticket can be successfully resolved, please reply directly to this ticket and provide the following information (it is important to provide as much detail as possible):-Where you found with the survey: (Email, Inbox, Homepage, etc.)
    -Survey ID
    -Survey Reward Amount
    -Screenshot of completion
    -Details about issue
    -URL of the survey
    -Date of completion

    -Proof of completion: (**please provide a screenshot(s) that shows offer terms have been met**)
    WHY should I send back ALL that information, when it is clearly stated or asked on the Help Ticket?? I don't have time to sit around and write all that down. I just keep the confirmation emails with the survey number and point value on it.

    And unless I missed it in previous emails, now they want added information included in the SCREENSHOTS!

    **Valid screenshots must include the following (if applicable to the offer): transaction dates, email address, name on the account, etc.**
    How the heck are we supposed to include that in screenshots??!!

    This sh*t is RIDICULOUS!!!
