    Are you Kay Costales-Swift?

Have you tried this link to see if it works for you?

LOL....guess I'm just not paying attention. I know there are 2 sets of Bingo's, so maybe I was thinking of the other one.

Submitted a help ticket from my 'visited' page on my account statement, and it popped up with a message that it would take two days at least to respond. We'll see.

And I'm getting automatically redirect back to surveys when I click on most higher point surveys - not DQ, just sent right back.
What is a "visited" page? Where do I find it.

I often have issues with surveys that I complete, get a screen shot and then an error and no points but since Mypoints seems to have banned me from the customer service part of their site, the only way I can submit a request is thru my activity ledger but these surveys never appear on the activity ledger. Can I get to them another way? I am still debating joining Facebook just so I can complain to mypoints.

Anyone else tired of the surveys asking what kind of investments you have? I had 15 in a row that I Xd out of today. I've had it with giving them personal info only to be DQd.

Thank goodness I will be gone the entire month of June. I'm completely sick of MP and SB -- pennies -- tickets -- restrictions -- points cut (Everyday Talent -- was 5pts, then 3, now gone, none of the other Everyday ones even credit for me). Can't wait to see what they're like in July!

As fun as it would be to have you along . . .

This is a big one. We've never done this before. Back-to-back cruises. Amsterdam to Iceland/Ireland back to Amsterdam on the first one. Amsterdam to Norway Fjords back to Amsterdam on the second. So many details, everything is more expensive than ever, always something else coming up that needs doing/paying. We booked this quite a while ago and have been paying things when we could so when the final payment came we had an idea of what it was. Still an astronomical amount. Will probably never do this again! Have to take a Covid test in Amsterdam in order to get on the ship. We're fully vax and double boosted. Still wearing masks so we don't blow this thing! Will probably wear the masks onboard also -- in crowded places. Keeping our fingers crossed that we don't catch this -- we'd be in quarantine in a small room for the duration, and probably removed from the ship and put in a hotel if it happened on the 1st half. Again, at our expense.

Friends we met on another cruise a few years ago are joining us. Their trip to the Baltics -- including St. Petersburg, Russia was cancelled when the war broke out. So they changed to our trip.

Yes I am, and yes, I tried that. Here is the next part of my reply to them -

"Well, that didn't help - It popped up a help screen, and said if those hints did not resolve the problem, then click the "Get Help" button. It asks - Which activity type is missing? I selected 'Receipts' and clicked 'Continue' - and it took me to the Help Center. The first field says: Please choose a request type below. It lists: My Account, Surveys, Coupons, Bonus Activity, Gift Cards, Sweepstakes, Contact Us. I selected 'Contact Us." The next required field asks: "Which account setting do you have a question about?" and lists Forgot Password, Email Change, Deactivated/Unable to Login, Mobile/Text Verification, Email for Approval, Unable to Access Surveys, My Account is inactive, Close my account, Coppa (under the age of 13). My problem involves none of those. I cannot submit the Help Ticket without selecting one of those topics. I cannot submit the ticket without completing "Which Swago square are you missing?" (Obviously this is not Swago related.) I cannot submit the ticket because - "Survey ID: cannot be blank" "IP Address: cannot be blank" (I didn't make the purchase online, so this seem irrelevant.) "Subtotal : cannot be blank" - what?? "Purchase Order #: cannot be blank" - no PO# because I went grocering shopping at the store. So - how does one resolve this problem?"

No response, of course, because it was late when I posted - and now it's the weekend.
