    Y'all might want to look at your accounts. Just noticed that mypoints is taking away points. My account statement shows: IO-55522_Incentives adjusted -12,580 PTS. I click on Customer support to inquire about it, but nothing pops up to send in a help ticket. What is going on?

    Also, I got an email saying that they added the extra 15 points for the DQs from Dec 19 that didn't credit. I only had one OQ and one DQ and it told me I hit my max. So I sent in a ticket for the extra 15 I should have gotten. Checked my account statement, and the points were not added. That email was sent last night at 9pm. So I sent in a reply and told them my points were not added and asked them again to add them. Sheesh. MP is getting to be ridiculous.

    This just seems wrong. They need to provide some explanation for taking away all those points, or at least a way to contact them about it. I don't know about you, but they misunderstand so much that I don't trust them to just reverse points because they think you did something wrong. I would go through the general ticket submission process to at least get their attention for this number of points. Just think of how much time it took you to earn those points -- how many tickets you had to open and follow up on. If you get someone's response you can at least reply to their email.

    I submitted a ticket to SB the other day about an Everyday Receipt. They sent me a big email teaching me how to submit Magic Receipts saying I needed to select a store. The email said I should read one of the links that closely resembled what I was trying to do so I could get it right. Doing so would close the ticket. I replied to the original email and told them this ticket had nothing to do with Magic Receipts -- it was not tied to any store -- it was 2 lousy pts. Give it up.

    It ended up being a mistake on their part. I found an entry in my account in which they had added that many points (plus 42) to my account for a survey. Apparently they did it to a lot of folks, and without explaining, just took it away. I know very well that I didn't do a survey worth that many points. LOL

    Low daily goal today of 77, 43 point searches, and the Discover Daily Interests & Earn 2 Points! Earn rewards earn big and spend email worked four out of five times for me. Woohoo! Still haven't even gotten any DQ points for a survey today, leastwise completed one. Only about three have shown up on my survey board.

    Those Daily Interests only work once in a while for me, and I never get the "up to 10 pts" -- just 2. I'm trying Search now, hoping for more than the single digits I've gotten the last couple days. Thanks for the heads up.

    I did - sent them all the screenshots with the deadline stated for the 7-Day Challenge, proof of completion before the deadline, etc. Nada. No acknowledgement, no points. May try resubmitting it, but I think they are ignoring their own errors.

    Now MP is trying to deny that I made the required purchase for batteries (510 points, plus the center square on Bingo) - twice. Originally submitted the request on 12/22 and got denied. Resubmitted on 12/23 and got screen shots, where they said it was under review - then they took down the battery offer after I submitted my request! Batteries were denied for the second time today. Ugh.
