What the heck? Mypoints just took away 227 points I made from a Sam's shop in May. Have they taken away anyone else's points?

The only time they've ever taken points away from me, is if I returned something. Did you return anything??
What's the deal with the To Do List check marks in blue now instead of red? (The ones across the top of the drop down box).
Does that mean anything, or just a color change? I completed 5 options, but didn't get my 5 pts.

No, I didn't return anything. I was surprised when I saw the change in color of the check marks. There are some folks on the MP FB page complaining that they aren't getting the five points.

I would try contacting them by Msgr on FB, tomorrow. Might get a quicker resolve.

Woot! Only 18 minutes into the new day, and I've already completed my nine item to do list and made my daily goal. I think that's a new record for me.

Conditions
This offer may only be redeemed once (1) per user.
Cannot use this offer with any print or in-app coupon or rebate
Expires 7/25/2021
So if we buy something with a coupon they can deny our submission? This is getting too complicated. I buy very few items that are not on sale or that I have a coupon for. It's always been the rule in my house -- if it isn't on sale, we wait. Menus can change, my fixed income does not!

Completed the Plus on Bingo and submitted for the 150 points. On to Swagbucks to try to complete a single line on Swago for 100. Love when Bingo completes my daily goal and is a day when I can't make the To-Do list (won't activate Score).

Yes, it's always said that. Not sure how they'd know though, unless when the coupon is scanned, it actually says what it's for.
And how are they going to know if I use it for one of those beer rebates?? lol

Ok, so the ONLY way now to contact customer service is through that dang "Activity Ledger??" I didn't get credit last night for completing 5 items on my To Do List, but it's not located on that ledger. So how the heck am I supposed to contact someone about it??
Still not credited for the receipt I tried to upload on Monday for coutons. I asked for it to be reviewed, but have yet to hear anything. Sent a help ticket yesterday, AND messaged them on FB today.
This is absoulute BULLSHIT!!

Click on "Help" in the down arrow under your name. Then click on "Submit a Request" at top right of page. Then scroll down until you see this statement and click on "Contact Us" link.
"Don't see a click on your Activity Ledger*
As mentioned above, simply pick a topic and locate the Support link top of the section or at bottom of the article. You can also contact us directly by clicking on the Contact Us form. (Tickets created from these forms will require a 30 day investigation.)
