    I'm giving them ONE MORE DAY to resolve my 5 Butterfinger purchase. They said when the receipt goes for review, it can take up to 7 business days - so I jumped the gun by a day, and even with the attached evidence (receipt as originally submitted, and a photo of the receipt with the item marked, surrounded by the 5 Butterfinger bars) - then I'm going to send a less-than-friendly message. We are doing their work for them!

    Now it's exactly like SB -- I didn't even notice because I'm so used to it.

    FYI -- if you need to put in a ticket for something, go to the Account page, click on Visited (default is Posted) and it will show you all the activities they say you tried -- click on envelope under Help and it will take you to the correct form.

    I had to submit a Help Ticket last night, and couldn't figure out why it was taking me to my Statement page until I looked more closely. Thanks for the tip
    I'm still copying everything I submit in a Help Ticket and putting it in a Draft email as a reference so I know exactly what I said to them. Sometimes the details are important, especially when someone responds less favorable. Makes my argument stronger when I point out an obvious mention of it in my ticket ("You neglected to look at the two screen shots that were attached to the Help Ticket!")

    Thank goodness I went shopping today - it helped me make my Daily Goal. I bought pasta sauce (34 pt), pasta (34), and Kraft Parmesan cheese (26). I was having no luck completing a survey!

    YW magickay. I know what it's like to be angry because the action you were doing didn't work, you need to submit a ticket and can't find the #$%^# right form! Especially when they change the website and don't even give us a hint where they moved stuff. They must have gotten tired of sending us emails telling us we submitted the wrong form -- you know they didn't add those links to make OUR lives easier!

    I really hate this new way of sending in tickets. Had a heck of a time trying to find something I submitted a receipt for, and the other one isn't even there. I wrote a long letter again about not getting my credit for the salad dressing and my challenge points. I submitted a receipt with four items on it, and they only credited me with three, and they credited me the day after the challenge, so they didn't apply them to the challenge. I'm missing out on almost 900 points because of this. Does anyone have a screenshot of the "any eggs" that I believe was three points. That's the one that's messing from my ledger. This whole process sucks. They promise us points for buying all this stuff, then refuse to credit us. So ridiculous! And they only allow us one attachment now.

    Sorry -- I only have Land O'Lakes eggs.

    You can still send in tickets on the old forms if you can't find your item on the Activity Ledger. I found this by error. I'm on a laptop using Chrome so your screens might be different on your device. Other than saving copies in draft emails as magickay suggested, and screenshots, I don't know any way of seeing what you've told them and what was active when you submitted the receipt. I hadn't noticed that only one attachment was allowed. That doesn't always explain it!

    Bottom of screen -- Customer Support link
    Box -- Shop
    Top of screen -- Support
    Top of screen -- Submit a request (also a link for View my Tickets, but I didn't find that very helpful)
    Under Heading -- Don't see a click on your Activity Ledger -- click Contact Us form.

    This says: Tickets created from these forms will require a 30 day investigation. So you won't get anything response very fast.

    Thanks Kathy - I started saving copies of my Help Tickets when they changed - they used to show a copy of the information submitted; now they just show a heading. Less user friendly.

    I have also started keeping records of my activity on paper. It's more work, but sometimes well worth the effort.
