I spent more than 20 minutes on a supposed 10 minute survey me, completed it, and they won't give me the points. Some real shady goings on there.
What's their reason for not giving you the points, wiht a screen shot??

Hello,

They only allow three attachments, so I sent them the first screenshot I took, one from the middle, and the final one. I told them I could send more. I took 13 in total. You can tell by the time stamps on my computer that it took 20 minutes, and the first screenshot I took was already a few minutes into the survey. The final screenshot I took, stated "Thank you for the time. Please click Continue to submit your answers."

And now I just got an email saying that they credited my bread receipt from two days ago, and yet it's not in my account. Sheesh!

Just checked my account again, and the bread receipt is there. I guess they told me they credited it before they actually did, or maybe it just takes awhile to appear in my account when they do. At least I got credit for that. I doubt they will credit my survey no matter how much proof I give them. They really need to get rid of these shady survey companies.

Sometimes what happens with the surveys is that they meet their quota for the survey after you started it but before you finish it. Then, the system, computer, or whatever automatically rejects anything past the quota, because each survey is set up with a maximum number of participants. Sometimes, you get a "disqualified" and sometimes you get a "thank you"; but it doesn't record and reward because it's over the quota of participants.

I logged in today to find I only had 26 points to make my goal. They credited me 85 points for a survey that I took on June 15th. Woohoo!

Not the case when it happens over and over with the same surveys. We've all documented them here at one time or another. I've got a few right now that I don't even bother as soon as they come up. There's one that asks about meals you've eaten outside your home, what type of meal, etc. When they are done with food they say "can we ask a few more questions about drinks you may have consumed outside the home -- Y/N? No matter which way you go (and I've gone Y and N on occassion -- yes just gets you more questions about drinks) the survey ends and you get told "not all surveys are for you". No DQ pts. I don't bother with them.

...and then you have that...points are delayed.

I've been with them for 21 years. I have it happen every now and then but not consistently.

Wow, I'm surprised. MP actually credited that 90 point survey that I did.
