If you get a survey on cat litter and litter boxes, make sure you get screenshots, cause it doesn't credit.

Did you know you can now see ALL of your help tickets in your profile?? This must be something new....I don't remember seeing it before.

Go to the MP home page.
    Scroll to bottom
Click on 'customer support', under Contact Us
Top of next page click on your name
Then click on 'see my requests'

It should show ALL your help tickets for at least 5 yrs. (At least that's how far back it shows for mine).

Only thing is, you can't really DO anything with this. Can't respond to anything. You can click on the subject line on the left side, but it doesn't show much information. I wonder what the purpose of this is. (Other than to piss me off seeing how many they've ignored! LOL)

Finally completed my 7 Day Challenge! Anyone else?

I don't remember seeing this before either. I agree, not much help. Even where they show that they paid the credit, all it says is "Credit Applied | Ticket: ID: {{ticket.id}}" and the ticket number doesn't show up. I searched the ID # and it only came up on the "Credit Applied" line. Nothing to even match it to. Another useless feature for us. Next thing you know they'll start charging US for putting in a ticket!

Yep, I've looked at 'see my requests' to check what might be pending. Before I submit my Help Ticket, I take a screenshot and/or copy and paste the info into an email that I save in my 'Drafts'. That way I have a record of the problem - and if I don't get a response in 5-7 days, I send them another message and reference the ticket number in question. It's helped a few times to get a response.

I submitted my 7 Day challenge last night and collected my points. I had to try so many surveys before I completed the minimum of 3 that was required. So happy to be done with it!

Several months, if I remember correctly. I know I've used it at least once or twice to refute a claim about not having a purchase on my Magic Receipt shopping list, resubmitting the file (receipt) and telling them just where the item is located on it.

It must be another one of those things that only certain people get first, because I know it hasn't been there that long! It was just last week that I clicked on the 'contact us' link, and it wasn't there then.

Actually, now that I'm thinking back...
When I submitted a Help Ticket in the past, a copy of the message was retained there, and any of their responses that were connected to that inquiry would be included in that thread. I remember that - and it used to have a button at the bottom of the message, asking if it had been resolved or not. Then there was a period of time when you could NOT check your help tickets, which is when I starting saving copies in my email drafts, then screen shots (I usually do all of this stuff on my desktop computer). Then they introduced the current evolution of the Help center that does not show the message, but a help ticket has been submitted. But I don't remember that timeline of when these changes occurred.

Pop-up window when I logged into MP, saying for a limited time, printed coupons are worth 2 points.

    Bummer, not for me.
