Argh - just completed a survey that took over 30 minutes that was supposed to be 298 points. I got the green success banner when I finished, but no points given. So glad I wrote down the survey information. Took screenshots and submitted a Help Ticket. Fingers crossed - though this time the disclaimer stated that they may not be able to award points, depending on the survey company involved.

I hate being force to check off that box! That pretty much gives them the 'ok' to NOT give us any points, if they don't feel like it.
Since you have proof of confirmation, they should give it to you! If they don't, keep arguing with them because of confirmation shot. I had to do that once. Went back and forth 3 or 4 times, but finally got points. Sickening how much crap we have to go through to get what we worked for.
Yeah, I got that one twice last week. What the heck is that about!! My eyes will be going from side to side while I read! lol.
This is all too creepy anymore.

I ran to Kroger today to pick up one stupid item for the Bingo board (as I posted under Swagbuck discussion, I submitted my only eligible receipt to SB by mistake -- got 100 SB instead of 150 I could have gotten on MP). Scanned the receipt, edited it to make sure it was dark enough, clear enough, arrow pointing at item -- I even wrote Kroger Frosted Flakes up the side. Under review. I immediately filled out a ticket -- told them I couldn't do much more for them -- I need that item to complete my Bingo board and I don't want to wait 7 days. They need to fix this feature or get rid of it. I'll get 17cents for the cereal -- I told them they need to give us 217cents for all the extra work we have to go through to get this crap credited!

Just for grins, I thought I'd see if there was any activity on the help ticket. They had sent the standard email that they had received it and an agent would be in touch soon, so I figured I could review my complaint. But no - they have the subject line only in the 'record' and not a complete copy of what I submitted, as they have in the past. So frustrating to see the changes being made, and not for the better.Be Happy Now.

I did some shopping today and got 5 receipts to scan. One of them a gas receipt that they're telling me isn't an eligible store, even though it's on their list! Waiting on that help ticket.
Bought ice cream......receipt says "TK H VN CHO"
I knew it wasn't going to be accepted so I sent ticket saying it's "Turkey Hill Vanilla/Chocolate'' ice cream. I also sent a pic of the carton of ice cream! lol
Lets see if I get credit for this! Still haven't recvd credit for the Salad Dressing I got from Aldi's, simply because it didn't say ''salad dressing''.
I agree with Kathy....fix this feature or get rid of it! Not every store is going to have an exact description on the receipt!

112 pts for the daily goal today. Good grief. Just tried a couple of surveys and they didn't even give me DQ points, and they weren't marked as ones that wouldn't.
