Anyone else having problems with surveys? For the past hour all my surveys are this question:

There are no answers to choose from, and there's no way to click on the ''continue'' button. I 'X' out of them, and they keep popping up on my survey list over and over! It's also stuck on my 'Survey Profile' question.

That's pretty much all I'm getting this morning. Guess I'll wait til they fix it. Ugh. I like getting all of my stuff done first thing in the morning. You'd think they'd have it fixed after 12 hours.

Just looked at MP FB page and someone suggested that it might be due to a hacker. They haven't posted on their fb page since Oct 14 4pm. They never posted the point perk yesterday.

My neighbor sent me this screenshot. Does anyone else have this? I don't. What the heck?

I'm also having the same issue yesterday and today with most of the surveys going to that question about toys, games, etc. My Survey Profile is also stuck on that same question, with no way to answer it or get rid of it. I thought this was just my problem.

I saw it yesterday but paid no attention.

Just in case there is a hacker, I suggest everyone change their password.

I think surveys are working again. I just completed two 43pt surveys on my pc.
This was the pop rewards:

I am not having a problem with that question today. But after reading this I went to my Survey Profile and now I'm stuck on one that says "Do you subscribe to any of the following games/services that are dedicated to video gaming?" -- there is no answer and no way to advance.

Yesterday I noticed that I was awarded 5pts for the Survey Profile questions 5 times. But after that it stopped giving me credit. Is there a limit per day? I didn't know that. Usually I just fill them a couple times and they quit. But today I only got 3 of them done before I hit the "no answer" one.

One minute ago, My Points made a post on Facebook, so maybe they are back. It seems like they would have made a post about the problems people were having, though.

I read on another site that Reddit had a big thread about the problem. I didn't read it. Glad to hear it's resolved.
