Anybody else constantly getting errors on surveys this morning? Spent over 20 minutes on a couple of them only to get:

No surveys are crediting for me. I get the completion screen and either an error afterward or redirection to MP with no credit. It's pointless sending in tickets because they will not credit it. There have been times when I've sent numerous screenshots, even with the page that after redirecting to MP stated Success you've completed a survey, and they still say I was DQd and won't give me pts. Yet, they continue to credit everything my neighbor sends in. They haven't denied credit to her once. This really makes me believe that they have blackballed me since I reported them to the BBB. I haven't received any credits for tickets since then.

This is the letter they sent me after ticketing for that survey that gave me the SUCCESS screen.

Our records indicate that this survey ended in your disqualification. You should be able to confirm this in your activity ledger as well. As you may have heard already, disqualifications are a deliberate decision by the survey provider to exclude a respondent from the survey to maintain the quality and validity of the responses collected. Disqualifications are not technical errors; they are quality control measures.

At MyPoints, our role is to reward participants who meet all survey requirements in compliance with our Terms. The survey partner ultimately determines all survey requirements and whether an award is issued. Note that we typically do not receive any compensation from our partners when respondents are disqualified.

Unfortunately, given the provider’s determination, we will be unable to provide credit for this activity.

You should really look into the problems your site has that it cannot track your members surveys. I completed this survey and got that error message. I've had several other surveys do that today. Same error message. If you can't fix these surveys, remove them from your site. It is disgraceful that you leave them there, knowing that your members will spend valuable time on them only to get errors and then you won't credit them. I'm uploading ten more screenshots here to prove that I completed this survey. If you have any integrity at all, you better give me my points.

I have the usual issues with surveys and will not even attempt any that are more than 20 minutes. But I haven't had any of those errors listed above, at least not recently. Then again, once I make my first goal, I stop trying. But I usually have pretty good luck with poprewards, certainly not perfect but it works about 75% of the time. BUT it has started doing 2 things lately that make no sense. Without asking me which shows I watched, it starts asking questions about the commercials. Some of those commercials are everywhere and I can kind of guess what they are asking but some... well... I just have no idea. Then sometimes, it starts asking questions in Spanish. out of the blue. I might randomly answer 6 or 7 Spanish questions before it switches back to English. I just pick an answer, have no idea what it wants. But even if I miss most of the questions, I seem to get credit.

I have gotten all kinds of odd things in surveys lately. One had my birthday wrong, but would not let me correct it. Sometimes they give me Spanish without asking what language I want. I usually try those because I know enough Spanish to answer basic questions. Then there is stuff like this one, which asked for answers to unknown questions:

I've had all the above issues in the past 3 days. Pretty typical for me lately. I have noticed more technical issues in the past 2 days than usual.

Still waiting for my ice cream recipe to credit and to see if I get credit for bingo
