Just took a survey that gave me a 5pt DQ which didn't show up in my statement. It shows 0 pts awarded, even though when it redirected, it stated it gave me pts for trying. Can't even get my DQ pts I deserve. Sheesh!

The survey on Skin care (specifically serums) doesn't credit. Just spent 30mins completing it and got that usual bitlabs type error, only this time it showed mypoints error instead of bitlabs.

Here we go again with Sara Lee Honey Ham. Every freaking time I buy it, it goes to Pending, and then the next day it's declined. It specifically says "S L HONEY HAM" on the receipt. Shouldn't be that hard to figure out. Now I'm going to spend the next 2 days arguing back and forth with them as to weather or not it's on the receipt.

I'm telling you. These folks failed in reading comprehension. LOL I replied to my ticket yesterday for them to have someone other than Alex respond to it because apparently he has trouble reading and comprehending. I'm tired of stupidity and am getting sarcastic with them.
