    Wow. I just got credited 3 points from a receipt I tried to upload back on March 17th. (I got the response that there was no date on the receipt. It was there, and perfectly legible.) A help ticket was sent in and I went back and forth with them for 2 days before I gave up. Now, 11 days later, a 3rd person sends a response with an apology and credits my 3 points....and has the nerve to send me one of those "How would you rate the support you received?'' emails! *smh* Shouldn't take 11 days to get credited for 3 points.

    I finally got all the points they owed me also. They turned me down -- twice. So I wrote to the person who had told me to wait for the manual review process -- then sent her all the screenshots (the items, the denials, and the receipts). She credited all my items. Why is this so difficult? They have a seriously defective AI reviewing these things.

    Woot! Just logged in and immediately got my congratulations. They credited my Nature Valley receipt, and my high point discover deal actually credited. Made both goals. Just had to do the mundane stuff to complete my todo list.

    Has anyone seen TrueX lately? I haven't seen any all week.


    Just signed in to my account, and they credited the 820 pts from a receipt 2 weeks ago. As usual I had to argue with them several times, before someone new came along and gave it to me. (And of course, sent the "How'd we do?" email afterwards).

    I haven't been getting up very early these days. I used to see it around 4 or 5am, but have been getting up closer to 8am these days.

    I hate it when I complete a survey and get "Responses to this survey will be under review by our research partner for up to 14 days before a reward may be issued." It doesn't even show in the pending activity. So aggravating.

    Stuff like that needs to be told at the beginning of the survey. Irritates me too!

    I wish they'd fix those Bitlabs surveys. They've been giving errors for weeks. Sometimes I don't realize it's a bitlabs until I complete the survey and it gives an error.

    Watch out for Pop Rewards. Completed a survey and it didn't credit. Usually even though I get that error screen stating that they were unable to record my participation, it still credits. This time it didn't. Get screenshots.
