I actually have made my goal, but only because my pending points for my Clorox purchase credited this morning.

Except for the mobile device message, I get screenshots and send in tickets for all of the others. They almost always credit them. So send in those tickets. But only one a day and wait til that one is credited before sending in another, otherwise they close all of them without crediting.

I used to do that all the time, but then I started getting that guy Alex, and all he would do is send the typical form letter, and tell me I didn't complete the survey so I can't be credited. I wasn't even asking to be credited...I was just informing them of errors and things not working. I'm not bothering with it anymore. Let them find their own dang technical problems.

**Same DQ questions, then a picture of drinking glasses came up. It said, play the video with sound on and then answer questions. No button to play the video. Just able to click on photo to make it bigger, go back or go forward. So I went forward. Answered questions about the video (chose all negative), at the text box I told them how there was no video. Went on to complete survey about completely different subject and got my 7 pts. Made my To-Do list, and my first goal for the day. I'm done!

Well, looks like facebook is down. Freaked me out at first cause it was telling me my password was wrong. But googled it and everyone is having problems. Still getting the virus warning on every survey from MP. Making me crazy.
