I completed another survey.
The confirmation screen says, "Those are all of our questions. Thank you for your time and input. Please click anywhere on the screen to complete the survey and be rewarded."
I waited a minute then clicked on the screen and got the response that I was disqualified and was given 7 pts. (Out of 63).
I sent a help ticket, and within 3 mins I got the typical form letter saying ''Unfortunately, we have not found adequate support to conclude the transaction was completed in accordance with all required terms and conditions...........''
There's no way they read that ticket and looked at the screen shot that fast, so I wrote back and told them so, asking again for my points. That was over 2 hours ago and no response.
Then I started another survey and clicked on the first page and it was asking for my ID and password with a bunch of technical mumbo jumbo. So I sent another ticket, clicking on the option 'Technical Problem.' (To report it. Isn't that what we're supposed to do?). Within 30 seconds I got the same form letter response, so there's no way any human is looking at these tickets. Must be some stupid AI softwear just spitting out these responses.
They've obviously gotten rid of a lot of employees. What ever happened to the person who used to monitor their FB page? What ever happened to Monica? What happened to the two people who used to work overnights?
I only ever get responses from the same guy and he obviously does not like me.
I'm getting nowhere with the surveys this morning. All from Say So in which you have to answer a bazillion questions before it DQs you. At least I got five 5pt DQs. Hope they put up something decent soon.
I dislike CVS also - for the very same reason. It is impossible to combine any of their offers. I got my covid shot there and was given a $5 coupon -- but you have to spend $20. I can't ever remember spending $20 in CVS.
But Walgreens is just about the same. You cannot use a register coupon AND the cash from your accumulated points in the same transaction. It kicks it out. And you have to tell the cashier that you are using your cash from the points -- it doesn't just automatically come off. I ended up doing just what you did at CVS -- told them I didn't want the item and walked out.
I've actually told these places to stop making us clip all these stupid digital coupons and jump through hoops -- just lower the damn prices.
Kathy

Just got both replies from the help tickets I responded to. SAME GUY that lectures me, and still denies my points, even though I had screen shot!
He obviously didn't read the one I reported as a 'technical problem' because he replied by saying he ''apologizes for any inconvenience you may have experienced as a result of the survey provider’s disqualification decision.''
*smh*
What the heck is this person talking about? This is from MP FB page. Has this ever happened to anyone??

Going forward into the new year, I know there are changes we would like to see on Mypoints. One thing I never thought was acceptable was the loss of daily goal points for people who made it to the last week of the month and then missed a day and lost ALL of the points they had accumulated.
This is especially frustrating when the final few days fall on a holiday weekend when there are few surveys and even less videos to participate in. It seems unfair to take away all of the daily goal points earned when a day is missed at the end of the month. They should revise this to perhaps just taking away the extra bonus points given for the "streaks" hit during the month or a percentage of the earned points as the month progresses to become lower and lower percentages lost.
Someone who accumulates 6,7 or 8 hundred points through the month and then misses one of the last days and they all get wiped, is likely to become very frustrated and may leave the site. I know I would. Just my opinion as we are now just 2 more days until the end of the month and have another holiday weekend coming up.
