If I order online for pickup, I only get a digital receipt. I have never had success submitting digital receipts. Does anyone know if CVS's digital receipt actually looks like an in store paper receipt?

I don't know for sure, but I'd say probably not. I've never had an online order receipt look like an instore receipt. It's just usually sent by email.

Big Lots email receipts look like regular store receipts. That's the only one I know of.

Why don't you ask Purina if they take the digital receipts?

I need the receipt for MP. Not Purina.

Oh my gosh! They keep marking my tickets as solved and closing them. I've sent in 4 tickets for the Dec 4-11 Bingo, and 2 tickets for my Cocoa Puffs receipt for the latest Bingo. I can't send in a ticket for the latest Bingo until they credit my cocoa puffs. That's a total of 525 pts. Not to mention that I probably would have made second goal on a couple of those days. What kind of fools do they have working for them that just keep closing the tickets without crediting them. So aggravating.

I just sent in a ticket complaining about them closing tickets. They'll probably ban me now.
If they keep doing this to me, I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB.

The last several times that I resubmitted a help ticket, I reference the old ticket number that was closed without resolution so they can see for themselves that nothing was done in the original ticket. Have you done that?

Just came back from CVS and I'm never going there again. Their rewards program is so stupid. I added a $5 off coupon to my account for buying 3 bags of Purina cat food. I also had a $4 coupon and $5 in rewards, along with a 40% off one full priced item. I scanned my items at the self check and applied everything. It took the $5 off one bag of cat food, then proceeded to take the 40% off that item, which ended up taking off 95cents. Sorry, but the bag of cat food that had the $5 taken off of it was not a full priced item. I argued about that with the employee, but they kept saying "that's how it works." Well, that's stupid. Then it wasn't recognizing my $5 in rewards, even though it clearly showed it on my card. So couldn't use that either. I told the guy to just cancel it all, put the cat food back, and left. Not going back again.
I'll stick with Walgreens. Yesterday, I got my Shingrix and RSV vaccines at Walgreens. They gave me two coupons afterward. For each one, all I had to do was spend $1 in their store and I got $10 in cash rewards. So I spent $4 worth ($2 per coupon) and got a total of $20 in cash rewards. Pretty good deal as I buy a lot of my vitamins and such at Walgreens.

They just did it again. Closed all three of my recently submitted ticket and marked them as solved, and stating to resubmit tickets. BBB here I come.
