It's back up, but TrueX still isn't working right
My receipt was refused though I met all requirements. I have sent in another ticket with a picture of my items purchased. I really do wish that they would hire folks who can actually read.
I had to do that once - picture of the receipt with the products next to it (candy bars at the time). So frustrating.Quote:

I never got credited for the survey I took that I completed and got a confirmation page for, but they said I was dq'd. Argued with 3 or 4 people. Argued with "Alex" twice before I gave up. Didn't bother reading his last email to me. I noticed they didn't send of those ''How'd we do?" emails! They only send those out when they do something good. Next time he sends one he's getting a big fat zero, no matter how much he helps me!

I had to upload another magic receipt to get credit for my to-do list. I'll have to claim the lower bingo amount and send in another ticket. So tired of their stupidity.
Some of those five pt discover deals are working today. I got a total of 15pts from one of them and another gave 2pts twice.
