    I just submitted a ticket because they didn't credit one of my coupon prints. Yes, one point. But eventually, all the stuff they don't credit me for adds up.

    Anyone else have problems with opinion network surveys loading? That's the one with the little colored dots spinning around, and that's all it ever does with me. I don't have problems with any of the other survey sites loading; just that one.

    They load but they never credit not even the 5 points for being DQ'd. I hate them. I usually just close them.

    I send a help ticket for everthing they don't credit me for.....doesn't matter if it's 100 pts or 1. I worked for it/ earned it, so I want it!

    Anyone else have their daily goal not showing as being met yesterday, when you did meet it? I went quite a bit over my goal and it's not showing it. All my points are showing in my account statement, including two surveys for 170 and 51 points.

    mine looks correct for yesterday.

    I'm having issues with the shoply app and the boost activity. Every item I pick up to scan says it is wrong.

    Yea, I mentioned a few days ago that I was having problems with the shoply app saying the scan was the wrong item. I did manage to get the points for eggs the other day from Walmart, but the Truvia was still saying it was wrong. I have no idea how to submit a help ticket for this, as I looked and couldn't find a way.

    When I look at the calendar view it shows a white circle around January 7th but all the other days are shaded orange, including today. But when I click on 'Daily Goal' it says my current streak is 8 days.

    Go the mypoints all the way to the bottom of a page and click on "customer support". A new window opens. Ignore the orange boxes and just click "Need help? Contact Us!". Then I chose "bonus points" as my topic. fill in the boxes. Good Luck.
