I can't even get the 5 pts! I have a block that says to add graham crackers to my list -- except when I click on it there is no link to add it! If it isn't one thing, it's another.

They really need to get rid of this Alex (whoever he/she is) that tends to the tickets. They never seem to read them or even look at the screenshots. Just supply a stupid robotic answer cause they don't want to credit your points.

It should automatically add it. Did you click on 'update the bingo board' after you were done?

I'm going back and forth with Alex on credit for my survey. Even though I have a screenshot that shows it %100 completed they keep saying that their system doesn't recognize it as having been completed. So aggravating, but I'm not giving up. I'm just going to keep replying that I want my points. LOL

Tell them to provide proof that it says their system doesn't recognize it as being completed! 
I wonder what ever happened to Monica? Haven't seen her in awhile.

I was not the least bit tired last night, so I was up until almost 4am!
I made my goal just by TrueX alone....39 of them.
Now I'm dead tired and ready for a nap

Watch out for that survey on energy, asking about Shell, Chevron, BP, Exxon, and NRG. Spent 20 minutes completing it and it didn't credit. So aggravating.

Yes. Didn't work. For some reason when I came back later in the day it was filled -- I never did get to click it! So I got my whopping 5 pts.
