That reminds me on May 12, I started a RevU survey for 51 points with the usual qualifying questions. After about 4 questions, the survey switched to French. OK, I had 3 years of HS French ... 50 years ago, not that the survey ever asked me that. I got thru the rest of the demographic questions including things referencing Euros so obviously meant for France not Quebec. Then I needed to pull up Google translate and managed to finish the survey. I even got a screen saying that. But no points! ARRGGHH also not listed under the visited tab. But the next day my points credited and my Bingo square got checked and had had the fourth column of Bingo for 155 points. But French?? Really?? And why the heck don't they ask before switching to a language other than English? I've muddled thru a Spanish survey once but I needed Google translate the whole time pretty much.

So I tried one. Started filling out some demographic info, and when I entered my age, the next screen (which probably wasn't supposed to be viewed) said:
    "This Respondent would be terminated."

Too bad you didn't get a screen shot. I would have sent it in and asked them what it meant. Sounds like age discrimination!

I just signed in but I don't see anything like that.

So I finally downloaded the userzoom extension to take a survey. It asked me to download a medicare guide. After that, there was nothing to click on and no explanation as to what to do. I ended up just closing it because it wouldn't do anything.

Sent in so many tickets today. Had to complete three surveys just to make my goal. So tired of all of these survey errors, and not getting credited when I complete them. Didn't even know there was a new Bingo today and hadn't joined. Nothing much to it anyway except adding shopping list stuff.

Why did it want you to download a medicare guide? Was that part of the survey?

Yes. But there was nothing as what to do after I did. Made no sense.
