    Why is it that there is always someone responding to tickets who doesn't seem to have reading comprehension capabilities? My neighbor has been refused numerous tickets that are just like some that I have ticketed for and been credited. I was trying to help her respond to them. Some of the MP folks are really ignorant.

    I try not to get sarcastic with my comments on the MP FB page, but sometimes I just can't take it anymore. Here's my latest post for those who aren't facebook people:

    Can you please hire people with reading comprehension capabilities to respond to tickets? Trying to help my elderly neighbor and can't believe some of the nonsensical responses she is receiving to her help tickets. I have sent in help tickets for some of the same types of things and luckily had someone who can read respond to them and credit me. It's frustrating enough to have to get screenshots of everything because we pretty much know that we are going to have to send in a ticket, but to have someone who can't read them properly refuse them is a real pain.

    I'm pretty sure that's a job requirement for any type of online customer service!

    I can't tell you how many times I have sent an email, or asked something on their facebook page, and I get everything except the answer!! It's so freaking annoying. READ the damn question!!
