I just finished a survey that took nearly two hours and it does not appear in my visited or posted. At the end, it didn't redirect to mypoints, instead it redirected to the survey website itself. I STILL CANNOT see my pending activity, so don't know if it's there. How on earth do I submit a help request for this? I've got tons of screenshots to prove that I did it. This is so aggravating! Anyone else here not seeing their pending activity?
I'd be seriously ticked off if that had happened to me. Did it say it was going to be that long of a survey?
Try going to your account statement, and scrolling down to that long, pinkish colored box under ''Activity."
Click where it says "Click Here" and see if you can submit that way.
I finally found the survey under the visited section. It was just listed way lower than it should have been. Can't figure that one out. Submitted a ticket. I have 32 screenshots to prove I did it. They better credit me.
Just got a 31 point search
Woot! They credited my 1500 points for that survey.

I wonder how they decide the amount of DQ points we get?
Today I've had 1,2,5,8,10 and 12 points for being dq'd.
One day last week I actually got 25 pts!
Not complaining.....just wondering. Seems kinda odd to get 1 point, and then later to get 10.
